I'm excited to announce a new (and long-requested feature) for Society6: our brand new art / product upload and publishing system - the Artist Studio!
For much of 2016, the Society6 development team has been working under the hood for this release and the many additional upgrades to come. For years you've worked with our classic upload system, and while many have learned to use it well, many others have suffered through limitations in both efficiency and flexibility.
When setting out to build a completely new upload system, we relied on your feedback and our own experience to solve 3 major problems: complexity, discoverability, control. And the initial release tackles those in some unique ways.
1. "Too many assets required."
Our classic uploader required many individual assets to enable all product types. This caused a lot of back and forth between external tools and the S6 uploader. We now minimize that need, by supporting the upload of a single high resolution file (which we call the "key art") to be automatically applied to as many product types as the file's resolution will allow.
Aren't satisfied with our best auto-configuration results? You can override the key art for any product with a new file of your choice in a few simple clicks.
To further reduce the need to leave the uploader, you can now size and position your key art file within each individual product directly within the browser. Each adjustment quickly renders an inline preview so you no longer need to upload, check, reconfigure, repeat!
2. "Nobody can find my products."
There are an amazing amount of updates to enhance discoverability on Society6 coming soon, but it all starts with having the right amount and type of data.
So we have expanded on the number of ways you can classify your new work.
Before, a title, description and limited pre-set list of tags (categories) was all that was required. But with greater levels of detail, we become more effective at putting the right product, with the right design in front of a world of potential customers looking for products like yours.
We can't understate the value of having rich context around the work you've made. The more accurate and detailed you are, the more you help us (and search engines) surface your work in the most relevant ways.
You can read a more detailed breakdown of the importance and best practices here or check out the details section of our Uploader Demonstration Video below.
3. "I want to control which products I sell."
Thanks to the removal of product-specific assets, you can now enable or disable each product individually.
Or more simply, what you sell, or don't sell, is completely up to you.
For example, if you previously wanted to sell phone cases it also meant you were forced to sell stationery cards. Now you can choose to sell either (or both, or none)! Which also means for the first time you can sell any product in the Society6 portfolio without having to first enable art prints.
While we don't recommend this as art is our most popular category, we know many of you are not able to sell all designs as all products. Those constraints no longer inhibit your ability to take advantage of the other products we offer, at your absolute discretion.
------
That covers the primary bases, but they're not inclusive of all the exciting enhancements you'll find, such as a new artwork management page to quickly preview, edit or publish/unpublish products in one place, or the fact we've increased royalty flexibility for Framed Prints, Metal Prints and Stretched Canvas (you're going to want to read more on that one).
While we've worked hard to make the new system as intuitive as possible, there may be questions as you go. We put together a "short" video tutorial to walk you through everything with a skip-to table of contents if you're looking for something specific.
As you get more familiar with the Artist Studio, we invite your comments, concerns, suggestions and anything else you'd like to send our way through the small Feedback button you'll see in the lower right corner of your screen while in the uploader. These submissions go directly to our development team - they are eagerly awaiting your feedback!
We anticipate most artists will flourish with the new tools, but change can be tough and for those that need time to update their workflows the classic uploader will persist for a time, while we gather feedback and roll out improvements.
Please note: While we have both upload systems in place, please stick with one or the other to create or edit posts. Any post created or edited in the Artist Studio can't be edited in the classic uploader without losing all the changes you have made (including enabled products, size and position, tags, etc.). We have a warning in place as a reminder so this doesn't happen accidentally.
As the single largest update we've ever made to Society6, we're already planning for ways to make it even better. It's our commitment to you that we will continue to work towards being the best print-on-demand marketplace for independent artists around the world.
And as always, please keep your feedback coming!
Comments
It's funny, but this is the first-ever website/tech update that I (and judging by the comments, everyone else too) just embrace from the start, without a grumble, but happily.
Next step, let us set our royalties ❤️
I uploaded in the new system. Then tried to edit in the usual way, but my file is not there.
Will we be able to still put our own margins for art prints?
I love the path is taking, bravo for making it simpler :D
Thank you S6!
An area we need to improve is highlighting when images may be restricted, such as being too small or too large. If the file is over 75mb it will not be applied.
Please standby as we work through the issue and thanks for your patience!
Currently, you'll need to manage each product individually, but there are plans to improve the process to reduce the amount of time it takes to manage royalties.
Would love to try it soon... ! ! ! :)
Also does this mean I could order my own artworks, say for limited edition prints, without having to actually publish them first? Cause that would be very helpful too:)
:_) Thanks for the update.
I had already put on a request for the ability to put in default commissions like other companies do, this would be a real time saver ...
A tiling and centering option would also be helpful!
A progress bar would be an advantage for those of us on slower connections
I am not sure about others, however I think it would be handy if we could edit/update groups of files at once with an "update all" button. For example, the base image that I upload is not the same dimensions that I use for the art print products. The base image works the best for all the other types of products though. So using the new uploader I then have to update my art print file for 4 out of the 5 art print products taking quite a lot of time doing them one by one, let alone any other files that need updating due to not just being able to just rotate a design.
To help save time, too it would also be helpful for all products to be on the same page, rather than in separate tabs and then pages. If they are all on the same page, then we can update more files at the same time, while adjusting the scale of others, rather than only being able to do one thing at a time. It took me a very very long time having to go into each product separately to adjust the scale, which I do a lot to make each product look its best, rather than being able to multi-task. The product preview is also way too small for some products.
I definitely second the need for a centering and tiling tool. As well as the ability to set default profits for the art prints.
Thank you again, it really is so good to now be able to edit products separately, especially after having things like duvet covers and tote bags using the same files, making it hard to create the desired scale for different products.
How much does our older pieces suffer from not having the extra data that the new artworks will have?
Tags, for example.
10 allowed in the new uploader, while "unlimited" in the old version.
Are we supposed to move to the new one, and update all our existing ones to the new format?
At a minimum you will be able to grab links. The issue is not that products aren't available relatively immediately, simply that there is a delay in them showing up in your shop.
But please let us know if this is not the case, while we investigate the shop delay.
https://society6.com/help/selling
https://society6.com/product/the-abst...
The new tag fields will inform new functions we build, and contribute to the old functions we have, but we are not diminishing the data from the old system. Over time we do want to ensure these are isolated fields for different value, but we're intensely focused on not impacting customer site experience as it functions currently. Solely building on it moving forward.
We'll be release more detailed information and guidance on the new tagging system soon, but in the meantime new uploads are what you should be concerned with. Though I'm sure plenty are also configuring their top selling designs.
Another feature that will support optimizing old work will be a bulk-edit function we're still working through. It's a larger project but something we know will really make the new Artist Studio even more powerful.
Would be great to have centering lines or centering button in uploader. Also for apparel would be great if png trancparency is visible for placing design correctly (i have lots of only white line-art, it's a bit tricky to see white on white).
**Also i would love to have option to choose default color for apparel, which will then be always shown in product preview (other colors will be optional and shown only if clicked on specific color button)
advice please?
Also in future it would be nice with a center button horizontally and vertically while editing.
but can't see my new uploads on my main page... they only in "Art Posts" list!
also no "feedback" button. kinda afraid to close the window with new upload and lose all resizing work
help!*_*
i'm sorry i'm new here so i don't know where else to write about it
We are investigating the issue of not being able to move from step 1 to step 2 that some users are seeing. It's a weird one.
Keep the feedback coming! We are tracking the requests, a good number of them are already on our own roadmap.
Kudos Society6!
Besides, my weird glitch this is so much faster and easier, I also like that I can choose what products to sell. Yay!
Pat
What happened to vertical orientation for towels?
It is working for me in Safari, both .jpg and .png. It is quite slow/laggy, but it works.
1. My items uploaded using the new version only show up sometimes and never in my society feed so no-one can like or comment. 2. The artwork I uploaded today using the original uploader is not showing up properly in the preview images. I realise this is probably due to you updating templates in your CMS but thought I'd put it out there.
1st issue I had was the delay in population of typing fields which is very disconcerting.
2nd issue, I uploaded some time ago now and the posting appears in my Products pages but nothing appears in "My Society", "My Posts", even after I commented on my own posting.
It then seems to finish and becomes a clear image
It seems to be stalled as the next step button is not visible
Refreshed page ... uploaded by browsing the link from my computer
The dialled clock appears again with the faded image behind
This then came up with a button that said go to next step
You then put in your title, tags and stuff. When I do this there is a definite delay between typing and the information appearing.
The 10 tags have to be entered separately as the system does not seem to recognise a comma separated value (silly system!)
Click on the bit that says you have the right to the image!
Continue to create products
Mouse over Art print and when it says Edit, clickon it, input your profit margin here ... (dont forget, it was a bugga to find it afterwards)
Even an image of 7500 by 7500 was not enough for leggings, it had to be 9000 high by 7500 wide, so these have to be a separate product.
Towels are now only in horizontal mode so if ypou want it the other way you will need to make that one sparately too.
Publish when done.
The only way to get to see what the buying public see from what I can tell is to View store front. There does not seem to be an easy way of getting to the post you just made for promoting on social media. This then takes you to your front page, where you then go to Art Prints, then you have to change to New Settings and then you can find your new post .... what a waste of my time!!!!
The old way wastime consuming but
a) 1 set of profit margins was all that was needed.
b) uploading the images made sure they were on the products, no upload and the prodfucts would not show anyway
c) finishing the upload I could go straight to my post and do my social media promotions
d) images would appear on "my society", "my posts" page
This new method is even more time consuming than the old way.
now:
a) the delay in typing makes it hard to input information in a timely manner
b) tags having to be typed one at a time also is clunky and not efficient
c) having to set profit margins on several products is also not efficient
d) having to click through several pages to get to my most recent post is just painful
e) the images not appearing in the My Society area is just not friendly!
Also when trying to manage the artwork there is no way easily getting to the last page or any other page of your gallery .... in fact it does not even tell you how many pages you have!
Art isn't being shown on the wider site after uploading through the new system.
Makes it seem like there's some kind of new filter being applied to art discovery through the new system, or that it's not properly integrated with the rest of the site somehow. Major issue. Check it out for yourself at society6.com/spires
The PUBLISH BUTTON is UNRESPONSIVE. (caps not intended as a shout - just for ease of scan reading by the tech folks who must be scrambling with all of this!)
Also, as mentioned by Sprires above, one day later, my new published products from yesterday have not appeared in the wider site, and DO NOT SHOW UP IN MY SOCIETY. They therefore have zero likes.
This system could be a great system and big improvement, but right now there are a ton of bugs! Hopefully they will get worked out soon. All comments above meant as hopefully helpful!
I think I missed it because the separate positioning of the title field across the top on the product info page makes it easy to miss. Suggest either putting a back ground color behind the title to make it stand up, or perhaps simply aligning it with all the other fields.
Also, eventually a pop up box telling us what's missing would be great if we try to publish and it doesn't work. (i.e. a pop up that says - Please provide a title for your art work - or even - Please ensure that all fields are complete - if that or another field is accidentlaly left empty)
I spent few hours to upload and arrange all the images for a post.
I pressed publish and nothing appeared... So I'm sorry to say but the new system doesn't work.
Another thing, I noticed when I had to choose the prices, that the size of the print on my post were much bigger than the size I see on your pricing structure with a maximum of 24x36". I had dimensions like 40x60 on my post... Thanks for your answer.
Julie
Thanks for the updates!
Take the time to run through the Tutorial. Ben does a great job. Thanks Society6!!
Finally a system I don't have to go back and forth adjusting the sizes to fit the many designs.
I have many more art to upload and since I am very busy in my studio with commissions and work to be delivered to my galleries, could not find the time to upload the rest.
These are great news.
Thank you for the upgrades!
Cristina.
Just need an email notification when we make a sale now. ;)
I have to direct folks with direct links or tell them to click on Art Prints. Once you click on the individual prints you can see the other products the image is available in, sometimes.
I hope this is fixed soon
The new uploader is great for pattern designs (my favorites!), especially for seamless patterns but it would be nicer if there is a tiling feature. Some of the products would be looking better with tiled patterns and it would be easier to create and upload images too.
Also,
when I type descriptions and keywords the editor is kinda slow, some letters don't show and the final words are with missing letters. I have to type really slow for the letters to stick and to show in the words.
All in all, job well done! Thank you!
- Obvious bug is that I uploaded an image in vertical/portrait format. It fit the requirements for the metal print & the rug, but those products kept showing up in my store in a horizontal/landscape format. The result looked distorted and weird, so I had to disable them.
- While I like that the card is separated from the phone cases in the new uploader, it also requires me to upload a phone-formatted image 3 times for 3 different product types. I'd rather just upload it once for all phone cases. Same issue with the laptop sleeve, skins, pouches, and other landscape-format products.
- 250 characters is just not enough to describe my designs!
- I'd really like if you'd include Mixed Media as a art type category. As it is now, I'd have to call my mixed media pieces "other" and I don't like that :(
- I agree with Lena Photo Art about having a tiling function. Also, being able to fill in a background color would give us more flexibility with using one image for various proudcts. Ie, we use the same transparent PNG on phones, laptops, etc. Just adjust the size for the product and fill in a coordinating background color.
Okay, guys - back to the drawing board! lol
1. I don't like not knowing exact dimensions for products. Redbubble uses this upload and scale feature, and it's not my favorite. Actually, I kind of hate it and think Society6 is way above just scaling artwork. Call me a control freak, but using exact dimensions for each product gives us more freedom than scaling an image and having no idea exactly what it comes out to be.
2. Type categories are extremely limited - especially for photographers. Plus the example "types" shown aren't even available for us to choose. How is typography not available, but double exposure is? Instead of a drop down menu, adding individual types ourselves (or choosing from a much larger and thought out selection) seems more appropriate and inline with the "artist has more control" progression of the upload process.
As an artist who has been with you guys for over 5 years, I am extremely excited to see some change in the upload process, but I do hope our opinions on what we need are taken seriously.
1. New artists shops not displaying products - fix underway and should be resolved in the next couple hours.
2. My society not showing posts - investigating.
3. Collections displaying incorrect artwork - investigating.
I'll provide another update when I have more info to share. Thanks and keep it coming!
I don't get "go to the next step" button when I upload, though :( .
I also mentioned that the work doesn't appear on my shop but understand that this is a known issue..
Thank you for all your efforts to improve the process (and our life! :))
I use Firefox, latest version. Thanks and Happy Monday!
I have plenty more feedback but feel this is the most pressing issue.
It takes forever too uploading designs with new upload. Way too slow. I use Chrome as browser.
1. Commas and semi colons have to be recognised for keywords. Having to input one by one is medieval.
2. I typed a keyword and a message appeared saying it was already in use (it wasn't in keywords).
3. You should be able to rotate artwork on individual product pages (no second upload).
4. Vertical and horizontal guides would be useful when resizing images.
5. There's no 'save' or 'finish' button to finalise edits.
6. Where do I set prices? Can't find that anywhere!
7. Where can I set bulk prices for all or selected images/products?
8. If I want to edit an image uploded the old way what happens to all the previous descriptions and keywords as there seems no way to update the old uploader input to work with the new?
Good upgrade but needs some work.
I went through the whole process, uploaded, edited, turned on products that I wanted, and the PUBLISH BUTTON DOES NOT WORK!! Argh! Now what?
Plus, I generally use Chrome, but went to Firefox to see if I could publish, and when I go to "manage my posts" in Firefox, nothing shows up to manage. Page is blank of any previous artwork.
please help
1. New artists shops not displaying products: This was resolved late Sunday for most users but a few users are still experiencing the issue. Continuing to work on that.
2. My society not showing posts: We believe we know the issue and work is underway to correct it.
3. Collections displaying incorrect artwork: We believe we know the issue and work is underway to correct it.
4. Not able to proceed from step 1 to step 2: This appears to be an issue with your browser session expiring. As a temporary workaround, you should be able to quit your browser and re-open then it should work correctly. We are working on a permanent fix.
The Artists Studio is a great improvement - it just has to work properly!!
First time I've come back to add a product in months too!
There's something wrong with the text field in the description box.
Using Firefox it could barely register me typing unless I did it super slow...
Hopefully it gets sorted, I'm way too lazy to go through the process again:)
I submitted feedback but I'll post here too. I can't get a jpg past step one in Firefox.
I can see the file once I upload, but can't proceed any further.

"Hi Wendy,
Thank you for contacting Society6 Support.
I'm really sorry that you're running into all of these issues while uploading your work.
Our uploader tutorial video should address most upload concerns, click here to check it out: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=26HI_XetuqA
(there are links in the video that pertain to specific topics)
All feedback you can provide is a great help to our developers to investigate and correct these issues.
This ensures we are able to offer the most streamlined upload experience.
Please use the feedback tool in the bottom right corner of the upload page and report these errors.
Thanks again for letting us know.
Sincerely,
Brittany"
To be honest this reply leaves a lot to be desired as well! In fact I found it almost insulting because Brittany either did not read my communication, did not read it correctly, did not understand it OR just dismissed me as a whinger ....
I HAVE watched the video (several times), it does NOT address my concerns, my work is still NOT visible in My Society. None of my questions were answered.
The FEEDBACK button is only available in the upload editing pages not elsewhere.
Mark if you are reading this please get the email from Brittany, I am more than happy to work with you on resolving this from a content suppliers point of view.
Wendy who has a vested interest in making this work!
10:50:58 AM started upload via old uploader 11.78 MB jpg file
10:55:10 AM image upload finished, add prices for prints!
10:55:50 AM Publish
Did not add extra images
Skip This Step - takes me to https://society6.com/prints" target="_blank">https://society6.com/prints not my product
If I then go to "My Society", "My Posts" the product is there!
If I go to "Manage Artwork" nothing shows up at all .. so I cant do anything with it.
Clicking on the artwork - takes me to https://society6.com/prints" target="_blank">https://society6.com/prints not my product
No matter what I do, I cannot do an upload that actually works as it should.
I hope that the problems are solved. I received no reply from support.
Looks like I have to wait until all the problems are fixed.
I feel like we are all going in ever decreasing circles.
Anyway to get a horizontal/vertical feature? Also do all the shirts in apparel have to be individually uploaded. Takes a lot of work. Maybe an apply to all apparel would be great. Thanks!
The only problem is, I can't see my newest uploads in my shop. I made the products about 24 hours ago. It feels discouraging that I've had no favourites yet as I usually would have had several by now under the old system and I think it's because no one else can see my work in my shop :( Also, I used to get an email saying that my work had been accepted into the society6 shop. Is that still "a thing"? Or does work get vetted before it appears at all?
I am looking forward to improvements und bug fixes of this new uploader soon but a big thanks to the S6 team for working on this site and all the updates lately.
Although I haven't made any sales of yet on this site, I've really enjoyed promoting other people's artwork and interacting with artists. It's made my time on here worth it, it helps that this community is very welcoming towards others. You do a cracking job of looking after this site, despite teething problems, I'm still very grateful that I have a place like this to use. At least you’re willing to adapt and listen to your members concerns, which can’t be said for places I’ve joined in the past. You’re the best that’s around!
For me it's - uploader - working, small bugs like not generating previews correctly, sometime there is blank item (but I can move image and it changes it's place on small previews) also horizontal/vertical orientation is messing a bit.
- buttons - they show, and work is saved properly
- work IS available (just not as "recently added" - check new in art prints or so)
- no luck in my society, works are not showing
- no hearts, comments
- work do show in search but tagging is baaaaad ;)
Do we need to re-upload the new work that does not appear on our shop? Or once the problem fixed, it will display correctly everywhere.
Would you suggest to keep uploading through the new system and to wait until you have managed to fix the bugs.
I hope that it makes sense, thank you again!
However, I did try to delete some old work that I no longer want to sell, and although it was deleted on the back-end it is still showing up in my shop. I deleted them three days ago, so what can I do to take them down?
Besides, it won´t show the new posts/arts... and now the old system doesn´t work animore. Just a red baloon written 500 in it appears.
:(
As someone said before here: If it aint broke....
And I noticed if you upload your art by old system and try to add products by new system (you can do it in manage my posts) those products will show up a while then disappear.
Also, artist shop product-specific listing pages should all be up to date but we know the shop main pages do not yet reflect new uploads. Work is underway to resolve that.
Short answer - no need to re-upload anything. Posts should make their way into all parts of the site soon. Thanks!
We are still working on the backfill for posts that did not make it into My Society. Trying to get that done today but I will provide an update when it is done.
Thank you for working so hard to make this awesome! I am excited for these changes!
My current concern which was addressed in the video was about uploading and editing images previously uploaded and how to adjust them with the new uploader system. Basically...will I have to re-enter a new 'key image' of a previously uploaded and published item in order to take advantage of the editing options in the new uploader and enter all new information for it (key words, descriptions, genres)? I only ask that because my computer is not currently allowing me to use the previous uploading system. So I'm going to check out the new system now.
I live in Argentina but a friend of mine that lives near New York see the same problem. When I click the broken image so I enter that item's page the leggings look fine in all views.
When I enter the "all over print shirt" with the same image, the legging's thumbnail is also missing in the "Also Available As" section below, just the leggings are missing!
I tried removing them and re-uploading them in a different browser and still had the same results...
A couple thoughts: holy shit, I published the listing and then was like "where the fuck was the page where I set the prices?" Work on that. Make it OBVIOUS.
I understand some people just upload t-shirt graphics, but why the hell did I just have to upload the same file 4 times? There needs to be a bypass for those of us that don't wanna recenter a background-free PNG as if a t-shirt is gonna be different than a tank top.
The greeting card and iphone case are finally split - good!
This didn't take me any less time than before, and I pretty much had to save all the same files I used before... while remembering that tapestry and throw blanket are the same dimensions). We're not all millenials who took 72dpi files on a camera at the largest file format. Some of us old folks scan things at a high resolution at size and then split the difference. Your system is incapable of acknowledging that.
I don't quite get the part where there are 5 categories. "Illustration" is an example, but if you type that into the box - well, you can't type that into the box and it's not a category choice. What the fuck? Mixed media is also no longer a medium? So, basically, did whoever chose this know they wouldn't major in that in college, so you removed it as an option for the rest of us? You know, like how all the featured art on the site is of a level at or below the personal style of the person curating it (yes, the skill level of your curators is painfully transparent).
Your tag feature doesn't recognize commas? Please call Etsy and ask them how they figured out how to do that 8 years ago.
And your description box gave my keyboard a complex, since I was forced to type at a remedial rate in order to have it recognize the characters I was typing.
I'd like to be nicer and happier, but when I realized that I published a listing without putting in the price adjustment I almost swallowed my tongue, and then swore - A LOT.
And after that it seems completely invisible (checked after several hours).
So I just deleted it and did it the old way. Its visible (i got likes) and it took me less than half the time.
So slow! Terrible...
Jeffrey, September 22, 7:43am
Hi Leigh,
I'm really sorry about that. Unfortunately, the alignment issues on your throw pillows is something that cannot be fixed very quickly on the development side. Mainly because there is not a centering option available in this incarnation of the uploader.
I'm really sorry but you will have to in and adjust these designs in order for them to print properly when they're ordered.
I know it's a bummer and I sincerely apologize for the inconvenience.
Sincerely,
Jeffrey

Let me ask you this...I went in today to look at my work. I looked at the pillows. Some were skewed. I click on the big view of a skewed product. The pillow showed up fine on the big view but a lot of the same images products appear skewed now...will this issue continue? I know that you guys are trying to implement a huge change across the site and I am willing to be patient. I have 58 pages of work with a lot of skewed images. I have a very good Zazzle and CafePress shop as well as my S6. I am leery of doing a major overhaul on S6...Yesterday different images were skewed. Will I overhaul several images one day only to find different images the next day? Need I remind you Christmas is coming quickly...I don't anticipate much of anything for Society 6 sales if this continues. Please let me know what to expect from the changes...It's beginning to look like a need to close my account and focus elsewhere. I don't want to leave...I enjoy the site.
Please let me know...
Thank you
Leigh Stevenson of IowaShots
The arts I have problem with are those uploaded by old system but added products by new system (since the old system doesn't work for me). Those products are available but doesn't show up in " also available as" or anywhere in the shop.
Will this problem be solved when the two system finally get into one?
As you noted, the actual product page preview is correct and it is just the product type listing page that is incorrect. I'm using your Snow Guy throw pillow as reference. It looks improperly cropped in the list but correct on the product page. This will definitely be resolved without you needing to update anything.
I can see the latest upload on my shop when opening it from my I-mac, the image remains at the very bottom of the last page and some products seem to be missing.
It also appears on the top of the "Art Post" list today (it was at the very bottom yesterday) and all the posts there are not listed in a chronological order, which makes it a little confusing and difficult to find a specific image - I noticed that other artists are experiencing the same issues.
Thanks again for your efforts to get this fixed asap.
We still have a ways to go before we feel comfortable with the stability, but we're optimistic the issues that are causing frustration will be resolved in short order.
Once we're through those, we're looking forward to turning our attention to usability optimizations based on your feedback.
We totally understand these kinds of updates have the potential of being disruptive, and admittedly there were some glaring issues we unfortunately didn't catch before launch. But we truly appreciate the support and feedback, which has been critical in identifying and correcting the issues at large.
Big improvements on the way!
I've deleted some old posts with the new system and they are no longer showing in my “manage” page, but they are still showing in my storefront. When I click on the product image, it sends me back out to the main page (other artists’ products). Since I already deleted the posts, I don’t have the option to switch the individual products on or off. Is there any way to permanently remove these products so they no longer show in my storefront?
Thanks in advance for your help.
One of the goals of the Artist Studio was to decrease the trial and error process of uploading a custom asset (t-shirt for example) then seeing the preview, then going back to Photoshop to refine size/position and trying again. We believe this will be a benefit for all artists thanks to realtime feedback without requiring external tools.
I know this is an improvement, but i have 6 days already that i can not see my new uploadings. I have wrote on the feedback button about it and nobody answers me.
It's not easy to start a shop in Society6 and now this...
Sorry for being so honest but this is how I feel.
FIXED:
1. Misaligned artwork on listing page previews
2. Broken images in artist shops
3. Posts from Artist Studio showing at the bottom of ‘new’ sorts
4. Deleted / Unpublished work still appearing
5. My Society / My Posts bad renders
6. My Society populating with new posts
7. Artist Shop layout for first time uploaders
8. Slow typing and various editor fixes
As I mentioned above, many of these fixes will update your shop as our re-index process runs throughout the weekend. We believe these are the major issues artists have been experiencing. We also know of an issue with art mark ups not 'sticking' and issues with collections which we will address early next week. Thanks again for your patience!
We are committed to making the Artist Studio and Society6 the best place to post, showcase and sell your artwork. Keep the feedback coming and we will continue working to make the system better!
I can see them in "manage my posts" but they don't show up in my shop.
https://society6.com/product/sleepywa...
is my new image...I still can't see itv anywhere but @frankiecat sent me a link so I could promote it. This is really weird...I was hoping promoting it might oush it into my feed but no. If I search for stuff in the store I'm getting super limited results...I started a new German Shepherd board for my pinterest and searched the main store direstory. I got 11 in my results. Period. Heck...I own a GSD myself and personally have like 50 shots of my own work that ought to be in your store but I was hoping to help promote other people. I'm done messing with S6 today...I'll mosey on over to Zazzle where I don't get frustrated.
Are these ALL of the sizes that I will need to format, or are there additional size documents that will be needed?
Upload Your Art for Additional Products
Below you will find the required resolutions for our alternative products. To achieve these exact dimensions you may need to crop your original high-resolution file. However, do not increase the size by resampling in a photo edition program, as this will distort the quality of your work.

Otherwise, from any computer, I can see the design on the last page, which doesn't seem logical.
Thanks again for your effort. It will be so much better at the end (especially if we can upload several designs at the same time! :))
Otherwise, overall the new design tool seems to be improving in performance. There are a few products that, at least for me, don't load at all in the design preview (the large towel, the biker tank top, and a few others). Previously, however, none of them loaded for me.
Also a note that if you accidentally upload a transparent .png in CMKY you get a bunch of weird black effects in your previews. I know we are supposed to use RGB (The CMKY was an oversight which I realized aftewards). But I thought I'd just note that here incase anyone else gets those strange black artifacts (I noticed them on the card and on a cell phone) and is wondering what they are from. Changing to RGB fixed it.
Also, I spoke to soon on the weird black areas not being an issue if you use RGB. I changed all my images to RGB, but the ipad in my most recent upload has smudgy black areas all over the image. Another glitch I'm sure @Matt et al are working on.
I did a new upload today and after 48 minutes of spinning I'm still not sure if the leggings and all over print shirt worked. I have a big portfolio here and I'll just focus my new work on my other shops on Zazzle and RedBubble...I like the community aspect of S6...Zazzle isn't like that. I'll pop in here to promote my exhisting work and promote my friends but I haven't got the patience to sit for almost an hour to upload an image.
The new uploader automatically makes them all horizontal, and I even tried uploading a separate file with exact pixel ration...are we supposed to upload a rotated (sideways) template and have it preview that way?
Thanks
Wealie

It got promoted and commented on by some of the fellow artists.
Then I uploaded one other image which never showed in My Society. Obviously it was visible to other people because it got promoted and commented to also. This image is still not in My Society and I am not sure how other people saw it.
20 minutes ago I uploaded a 3rd image with the new uploader and it is not yet in My Society. Obviously no one can see it either, no comments, no hearts. On some of the products the image is placed incorrectly and it doesn't cover the whole iPad for example.
The numbers of the promoters are not showing correctly on all the pages (for the same image). They have one number on My Society and they have a different number on my Storefront pages.
Sigh ... Will try the old uploader again.
2. In edit products if an image is not big enough it says upload ... you cant turn the button to "off" when it is like that.
3. If you edit one of the older products the thumbnail does not change to reflect the edit.
4. New uploads are not appearing in the My Society page as soon as they are uploaded as they did in the past
5. If an item has been commented on by me or someone else it still does not show up in the My Society page so comments are likely to be missed and not responded to. This defeats the purpose of those pages.
6. I still have had no answer to whether we need to upload png files for tees and leggings.
https://society6.com/psdixon/art-and-...
Also, I got a 24mp camera which takes 4000x6000 pixel images,
so, I was wondering, how many megapixels does a camera need to get the 7500pixels required for several of your items?
I also have many great photos I'd like to use which are also way to small at just 10mp.
What are some good free/opensource programs these days to do good quality enlargements for my 10mp & 24mp photos to the required 7500pixels?
I'm just new here, & noticed after uploading several, that 1 didn't show in the storefront, but the rest showed (new uploader) - the 1 that didn't show - had in red "draft" written below title, the "My Art" & "Manage" - I went to "Edit" for that image & clicked "Edit Products" - & selected the uploader I used (new uploader), & Saw at the side, below the title, on the left of screen, it was saved as a draft - "Unpublished" - because I forgot to hit the left button/box saying "Publish" (Located Below "Title" & below "Post Status", on the Left of Screen, after uploading & sorting out the images!) .
So, If you forget to hit the "Publish" button on the left of screen, after saving your images - (in new uploader) - then it will only be an unpublished draft & Wont be Published to / shown in your Storefront!
So, double check you hit the publish button from " https://society6.com/studio/art/manage/1 " - in column "Date Published" - it will either say "Date" (in Black) or "Draft" in Red. If it says "Draft" in Red, got to the circle thing, with arrow in final column & click the arrow & click the arrow & select "Edit Products" & hit the Black button to Left of screen that says "Publish"
I hope that helps you Judith!
(If done in "New Uploader" - I Haven't tried the "Old Uploader" yet!
Mine is going mostly fine so far in Firefox browser on PC.
If they r updatng stuff from old system to new system - maybe that could be causing ur technical difficulties, as they seem to affect some accounts at a time. so, maybe take a break & try again in 1-2days?
I just posted this one https://society6.com/product/the-aris...
I thought these issues were meant to be fixed now, but evidently not.
The old way of doing things had its issues but at least it was relatively efficient in that new work showed straight away, work was searchable, products were shown correctly (most of the time, unless it was a mug which seemed to go AWOL all of the time).
Now we have no idea if our work has been uploaded correctly, no-one can see it so no-one can buy it, more work is needed to get the products looking as they should. In some cases we are uploading way more images than we were in the original uploader.
I finally had work appear in "My Society>My Posts" that I uploaded about a week ago. To me that is just not acceptable.
Is anybody besides a "bot" answering the submitted "feedback" tickets, or are they so inundated that they cant?
I promised myself I would be a little bit more patient but this is just silly. Where are the changes, the fixes you promised for the weekend? I'm seeing other artists publishing new work every day (the big ones on this site I should point out), yet my shop is still in limbo? I have artwork drafts ready to be posted. I've spent time getting each of them right so that they look nice when they're (finally) on my shop. I'm now wondering if I should delete them all and upload them through the old system, including the Schrödinger's post. What if that doesn't work? What do I do? Should we really expect to wait until everything is fixed? A lot of artists are gearing up for the busiest time of the year, but with a buggy product upload and a store in disarray, this is going to be almost impossible.
Seems people have had luck re-uploading through the old system? I'll give that a try!
Lastly, like all the others before me that have posted the same- Uploading the shirt design multiple times is seriously annoying and time consuming. Why display all the shirt previews underneath on the upload page for tshirts if it isnt going to show up on the tank and other styles too?
I know you are working hard to fix all this stuff. So thank you for listening to us all gripe.
Please do not suggest that pattern or abstract artists do not care now the graphics land on the product because it’s dismissive and untrue. As primarily a pattern artist, I take great care in making attractive compositions for each product type.
Now I upload one image ... it shows on everything as long as it is the right size. However not everything fits on all products.
I went to upload an image for the leggings ... the original was showing in the right place and I just saved it and activated it... it then says that the image is not the right size ... you cant turn it off now though as it wants you to upload and edit. I tried that ... twice ... but the png is not showing up.
On all the other products the image looks fine as displayed ... they are filling a very nice rectangular shape so I click the "On" activation button. The image then decides to shrink down to fit into the space instead of filling it. On the few I tried to edit the image was not showing up to edit.
If I want to replace an image for example on the phone cases ... I now have to upload it 5 times (same for apparel) .... waste of data on my end (especially on a slow limited data connection), waste of storage space on yours. At least on Zazzle we upload it to our image gallery once and use it from there.
These uploading problems have been going on for 2 weeks now with them being no closer to resolution. Patience is wearing thin.
Like Spires said we are designers who want to make our work look the best it possibly can. trial and error is not in our DNA!
@ Matt Haggard- The product previews are still coming up funny. The laptop and i pad covers and skins frequently only show half the design. And sitewide some of the product previews come up not at all.
Meanwhile - hey Society6, it would be really nice if you sent out an email to tell why our shops are offline, and when you think it will be fixed (hint, hint).
Yeah Jan4insight is right, an e-mail would be good.
There also seems to be a disconnect between pattern position as viewed on my product page and what I am seeing in the new uploader thumbnails/previews...they may appear correct on the uploader side but not on my product page.
I agree with @Spires on the importance of precise placement control on products when it comes to patterns, and all art really. As others have mentioned, a centering tool would be great so we are sure work is 100% center-aligned on products. An incremental "nudging" tool would also be helpful to nudge a pattern into place so that it can be replicated every time. The ability to upload a files for each product should be kept in place for full control of appearance and composition.
I see artist pages are down - very much hoping the issues and bugs we are experiencing lately are being resolved once and for all. Thanks.
These various bugs and issues have been going on for 2 weeks now, I sincerely hope you will resolve them ASAP. Thank you.
I strong encourage everyone to STOP using or even bothering to look at your stores until this is resolved. I and many others have basically beta tested the CRAP out of your system and it's a nightmare and you know it.
Shit happens, we all are here because we love Soc6 but your going to keep losing everyone to Zazzle because income is day to day for a lot of us and we love that we can use your service to make ourselves money and YOU GUYS money, but we should not be expected to continue bashing our heads against walls not knowing on an hour to hour basis how our uploads are going to look, promotions lost, draft deletions, multiple posting of the same item, inability to actually delete posts.
You guys have got to get real with us and quit the BS updates that solve some problems and create new ones hence causing us to be optimistic, see if things have improved and again end up with lost time.
If I didn't love you I wouldn't care I would be at your competitors. Let us know the actual situation and were going to be so much less hostile and frustrated.
This S U C K S
New design tool doesn't work , old one won't even post..
Can't post comment because they get deleted, can't promote because promotes get deleted, can't upload new work, can't do anything... On some of our designs we have 0 promotes and 0 comments but all had many.. Everything lost...
And don't even say again "our x problem is being fixed and will be fixed in this week" you say it over and over again and nothing gets fixed.. We believe that you will but it always gets worse..
Like @kaydence said, tell us the real situation and stop making excuses. If you are afraid to post it to public send an email to all designers. We DESERVE to know the real situation! WE ARE ALL SOCIETY6!
With the classical uploader, the whole process took 1-2 minutes...
Although I wouldn't mind some sort of official announcement about the new uploader, with an ETA or something...
- Missing artwork/promotions/comments
- Promotions increasing/decreasing randomly
- Missing keywords on artwork descriptions (I'm using the old system, I refuse to use the new one)
It's got to the point where the bugs have gone from affecting individual artworks to now whole pages. This is only going to get worse before it gets better. Zazzle sounds appealing now. Sorry.
Recently Resolved:
- My Society for both desktop and mobile populates the correct image at the expected time. Some isolated reports of this not being the case are still being investigated.
- New work added to collections will display the expected art vs. a default stand in.
- New posts will correctly appear in the “Latest” section of your shop. Previously uploaded posts will be added in a future update.
- Sluggish tagging on Step 2 has been resolved.
- Some experienced missing content or were unable to proceed to Step 2 from Step 1, which has been resolved.
We’re still working on a handful of high-priority bug fixes, prior to being able to move into desired optimizations, such as Bulk Editing and an ‘All’ category tab on Step 3.
- The image on Step 2 is not rendering properly.
- Setting royalties on old posts revert back to the original royalty.
- It’s possible to upload a custom file that may not be an acceptable size for the specific product, which could put that product into an uneditable state.
- Uploading a custom file may not appear in the “View enabled products” module of the art management system.
We’re very excited to be getting close to wrapping up the most major issues, in which these updates evolve into reporting on optimization progress - updates that enhance the speed, efficiency and customization of the new uploader.
Your continuous feedback has been critical in identifying issues we simply didn’t or couldn’t identify in both our internal and closed-beta testing and we truly do appreciate your patience as we work through them.
As a reminder, you can switch over to the old uploader at any time through the first step of the new upload tool, or from the new art management system, if you’re experiencing problems. Though our goal is that you will soon choose the new system as your preferred process.
It can be an impossible feat to please everyone in a change this big, especially when it comes with unexpected problems, but that’s not going to keep us from trying.
Until we’re there, our commitment to you is a greater level of transparency with more frequency around the remaining work to be done and the next priorities we’ll address. Stay tuned for more news.
I’ll follow-up shortly with direct responses to some of your questions and we may be reaching out individually as not all issues being reported appear to be widespread, where we cannot reproduce ourselves.
Please remain vigilant and open with your feedback - the whole team is listening intently!
Nada and Stephanie are very talented, but would probably be less than effective at smashing bugs!
Some more detail on precisely what you're encountering would really help us track down a potential unique issue.
One of my popular works has lost five promotions and a couple of comments, how is that?
You have said that new work is now appearing as it should .... it may well appear in our shops under "Latest" but if it is not appearing in the promotions area of "My Society" how is supposed to get seen.
When I look at the Shop Front where it says "Latest" it appears to have zero promotions but if I click through to the product it has 11 promotions.
society! I uploaded with the old system.
Sorry for the slow reply, I just now signed on and noticed your comment. My shop appears to be intact, but I don't have time right now to look at every post, I only checked my most recent post "Cherry Plum Blossoms." Some of the thumbnails for the individual products under that post (i.e., throw blankets, wall hangings, etc.,) were a little slow to load, but they come up eventually. Overall, it doesn't seem any slower than normal. The product thumbnails often load slowly or not at all, even before the most recent upgrade attempts began. Thanks for all your efforts at getting things back to normal.
Is it possible for your IT folks to give us an estimated ETA as to when things will be stable enough to begin doing social media promotions again? I don't want to promote something, only to have potential customers have problems with the site.
Thanks.
I have tried updating this artwork (tags, prices) with the new uploader at least 5 times, and the changes just don't stick. Last time I tried was last night around 10pm.
https://society6.com/product/cat-rain...
those people who are getting the work onto the My Society > My Posts pages, are you using the new uploader or the old uploader?
I am wondering if we are not seeing our own work in My Society but others are seeing it ....
I did it! With Internet Explorer as a browser, I couldn't, but it worked with Chrome.
I tried also correcting products from the New Uploader. Some of the thumbnails take forever to render. It is getting better but still long way to go.
I tried to do a "Blog Post" via the new method and that failed to work totally. I had to use the classic uploader.
As has been noted by others there is a disparity between how many "hearts" are on the "latest" post on the shop front and what shows when you click through to the product.
Or i should rather keep using Old Uploader.
btw.. was very disappointed, uploading apparel took trice as much time as before.. all these .png's need to be uploaded separately..
I wanted to add clear cases designs to my old works, but it's not possible using the old upload.
When I tried to use new upload system:
10 tags the new system automatically picked from the tags which were used for that design wouldn't really be my best choice, sorry. Meaning that I probably need to go ahead and fix the automatically added tags for all of my existing designs.
Wall Tapestry, Throw Blanket designs were missing even though I uploaded designs for this product a while ago. I don't keep all the designs for different products after I upload them to society6. Does this mean that in order to add clear cases I also need to create again and add wall tapestry and throw blanket designs even though I already added them once?
3) "ALSO AVAILABLE AS" slider displays thumbnails in a weird way: some of the designs are displaced showing white strap on the right (leggings only show designs on one leg, another leg shown white). For example I can see that my design takes only 1/4 of the for iPhone and iPod cases width, the rest is white. I also see those displaced designs on the product pages for Stationary Cards, Leggings, Shower Curtains, etc. (I am using Google Chrome, Version 53.0.2785.116 m)
4)Would be nice to have sorting or search function or both
- Adjusting royalties on old posts should now stick.
- Images are fully rendering on Step 2 of uploader.
Additionally, we’ve identified the “missing promotions/comments” issue some have reported. The data isn’t actually missing, it’s just out of sync with some areas we expect the data to appear. We’ve been able to manually fix a couple of accounts (looking at you @Lena Photo Art), to verify the exact issue, and will be rolling that fix out to everyone as soon as possible.
Current open issues are as follows…
- Comments/Promotes are out of sync in a number of areas (see above).
- New posts are showing up at bottom of ‘My Posts’ instead of top.
- ‘Also Available As’ populates new work inconsistently and sometimes skewed.
- It’s possible to upload a custom file that may not be an acceptable size for the specific product, which could put that product into an uneditable state.
- Uploading a custom file may not appear in the “View enabled products” module of the art management system.
Please keep the insights coming. We are verifying individual reports as fast as we can, and are using reporting accounts where we can to verify fixes.
Working actively to resolve that issue.
One can see clearly that it is getting much better, there is no missing or blank parts on the individual items during rendering and during browsing through the images.
One thing that I would like to mention (it is possible that it will be fixed in the latest phases of the project) - the editing with the new system is a bit clumsy. When I click on an image from my shop and would like to go to edit it or to add new products, the system is opening the beginning of the list of my images. I have to go through the whole list, which is quite long, to find the image, click again on the Edit Products and then I can do whatever I intend to.
Also, when I click on Manage My Post and go to the list of the images to do corrections, the system is slow and the list is populated with the images in random order; each time different too.
I am sure you are aware of this and possibly working to fix it.
Thank you again. All in all I am pleased with the new system and waiting impatiently for all the bugs to get resolved!
Are the Feedbacks being looked at ....? I have sent a screen dump of me trying to edit one of the products .... in the end it is basically nearly impossible to edit.
General slowness is definitely on of those areas we'll be looking into.
Feedbacks are definitely being collected and catalogued. We're getting a healthy dose of feedback, much more through the tool than through blog comments - so it isn't realistic we'll be able to answer all of them personally. But the goal would be to read all of the to find issues and catalog requests for future development.
Rendering of preview tiles around the site are still getting attention. Once I've been able to confirm the issues we're addressing get fixed, I'd love to get your input on if it's fixed for you personally.
Here's the link: https://society6.com/product/flamingo...
@Rory Wood: The products look good, but when I turn them on, the image goes to the wrong place. But I think, somebody mentioned this since here...
Since I've prepared hundreds of images in advance (I've converted them to the 9-10 different image sizes), it's very fast for me to use the classic uploader. I'll wait until the new uploader works correctly and it has extra features.
I deleted and re-uploaded the product files a few minutes ago using Chrome browser and the Classic Uploader thinking that might help, but it didn't. I used the Classic uploader also for the original upload of all the files.
The "Also Available As" galleries seem to be there for my other posts. Just the page for my "Cherry Plum Blossoms" post seems to be messed up. Here is the link to the page for that post https://society6.com/product/cherry-p...
Can someone please fix this? I can't do a social media promotion with this kind of random stuff happening. HELP!!
Thanks.
@AwakeningLight--Thank you for the suggestion, but I uploaded "Cherry Plum Blossoms" using the Classic Uploader in the first place, and the "Also Available As" gallery was there yesterday, and all the products were showing up, so I don't want to go in and mess around with it using the new uploader. I'm afraid that will just confuse things for the tech people who are trying to debug this.
Everything seems to be back to normal now, so all's well that ends well.
- New posts are now showing up at the top of My Posts within My Society.
- Missing ‘Also Available As’ modules have been found. All products should display other available products.
- Products will still be visible in the “View enabled products” section of the art management window when you upload a custom file.
Issues we’re still investigating or have added to our ongoing investigation...
- Comments/Promotes are out of sync in a number of areas.
- It’s possible to upload a custom file that may not be an acceptable size for the specific product, which could put that product into an uneditable state.
- ‘Also Available As’ populates work inconsistently and sometimes skewed.
- Un-publishing or deleting a post does not remove the post from My Society.
I’ll respond to some optimization comments that have been added to this post in a follow-up comment. But please keep us posted if anyone is seeing any other anomalies.
We'll provide updates as to our progress there in the coming days/weeks.
something you said that was fixed today but not for me
Posts I have saved or pinned to my social media feeds appear with random titles and random names . . . example: "The Red Barn" appears as "Funky DL Art Print by JLillustration", and when clicked, the link takes me to the home page of S6. I have deleted all my social media posts as a result of this.
Missing comments and promotes like many other people are experiencing, but I know you are working on this.
I am having issues with updates (tags, prices) sticking for some older works. It seems like only some works are affected because I have tried many times to update them (last attempt was about 24 hr ago) and today they are back to the old version.
I just updated these 2 works again, probably for the 5th time:
https://society6.com/product/wolf-how...
https://society6.com/product/pink-fla...
https://society6.com/product/cat-rain...
Also, would it be possible to choose the number of entries shown? The volume of designs that I have makes it hard to navigate. It would be great to have a chronological list by date, for organizational purposes, and to know which designs are selling best without having to manually count sales from the reports.
However, there is a new problem. Your system has automatically enabled clear iPhone cases for my designs for which I have uploaded a t-shirt (not all-over print) image. This is fine where the image is square/rectangular, but for a number of my mandala designs I have created special round image just for t-shirts. I don't think these look good when applied to an iPhone case. Please see https://society6.com/product/silk-man...
Thanks for your help.
From the 2 artworks that reverted back to original version: the tags/categories and price adjustments were lost, but the artworks for translucent phone cases are still there. The preview image for Rainbow Cats translucent case is showing up skewed but when you click on it the actual product looks okay.
The same for "also available as" slider.
Also, looking into the social issue you've reported. I asked around and it sounds like a couple other reports rolled in a couple of months ago, so it's unrelated to the new uploader, but still very strange since it's not affecting all shares.
Is this every time you share or just on a few products?
Can you confirm for those linked products, you're only updating in the new uploader at this point?
I just checked the 3 links again and the one that had not reverted back this morning did so sometime later in the day - it's back to the original version w/o tags and with old prices.
The artworks that are having this issue all have in common that they are some of my most popular works, with lots of promotes and strong sales.
Here are some of the other ones that don't stick:
https://society6.com/product/flamingo...
https://society6.com/product/raven-ta...
https://society6.com/product/rainbow-...
https://society6.com/product/weeping-...
Let me know if you'd like me to update them again to help you guys find the bug. Otherwise I'll hold off spending any more time of this until the problem is fixed.
The reason I believe that its not just on My feed is because there is a distinct lack of likes :(
1- Commented on a artwork thru the ''My society" and the comment didnt assumed, have to comment again on the artist artwork page.
2-The rendering of Metal prints are wrong on the Studio Artist.
3-The society.com/new dont show up the most recent uploads.
4-Still waiting days to update the likes on all pages related to the artwork & on the "Latest uploaded by".
5-Where are the posts without selling?
Sorry S6's, keep it up the good work, never saw a blog post here on s6 with so many problems to handle, something on my intuition say to me that your engineers/dev's are sabotaged for our direct competitors!!
Yours Chrisb
I already prepped all files the old way, but now for every product i have to upload separate file, also for the ones which have same format (totes, pillows, shower curtain, duvet etc which earlier were automatically added), also all .png-s for all apparel tops, hi-res files are pretty heave - thus uploading takes time.. Plus i also have to remember by heart which products had the same format (like laptops and rectangular pillows, totes and duvets etc), but now i have to center and size some of them manually, despite my file being exact right size (f.e. pillows etc). Some previews also don't show bleed (clock, phones f.e) which makes it difficult to place files (i just really hope customer won't get some white corners or rims on ordered product..).
I was supper enthusiastic about this new uploader (since i like similar one at RedBubble), but now i'm really kind of put off by it..
(2)Also my old stuff is still showing the artwork off on the preview.
(3) Lastly how can we post something that we don't want to sell ie., promos, new products etc.,?????
(4) uploading large images in for the towels using the uploader crashed my computer numerous times. Working on a mac. I had to resize smaller to avoid the crashes
When I'd uploaded one large file today, trying to use Artist studio for the second time time, there were no previews for products other than prints and tapestries, I could find no way to add other products or see them at all, so I deleted the published work and switched back to the old uploading system.
Also, I couldn't see a way to make promotional posts with the Artist Studio ? Perhaps I missed a button somewhere ?
-- List the minimum resolution in each product edition page without requiring the user to try to upload an image first.
-- Include buttons for alignment and patterns.
Centered vertical and horizontal alignment options are indispensable. If you also include top-right, top-left etc you'll be one step ahead of other POD, and being able to repeat the image will be extremely useful for people selling patterned products.
Some sort of on-the-fly validation which warns the seller when the image isn't covering the entire product (leaving white borders) would be fantastic. As the new uploader is now it can be actually very hard to ensure a good image placement.
-- Please, PLEASE, split Samsung cases from Apple ones. Make these brands cases editable separately.
Many Samsung phones have centered cameras. Apple ones are located on the top-left section. It's very hard to position images containing characters or anything with a clear focal point which won't either: have the camera right over the focal point (e.g.: character face), or have a big empty space on the middle-to-top region on iPhones because the seller pushed the focal point down to avoid Samsung's cameras.
That's it for now. Thank you for listening to us and implementing the new uploader. Despite needing a couple of adjustments it's incredibly handful already!
I concur with Camila Vielmond on the phone case split suggestion.
I am grateful for any and all progress in debugging and innovating the system. So far, I have posted two items with the new uploader and looked at a few previously-published items through the new manager -- and mostly I have waited to see what responses to bug reports have been effective.
I have, for most products, 14 "pages" of thumbnails. My two tries with the new uploader have dutifully moved to the "front of the line" by now, and the more recent of the two shows consistent incrementing of promos and the displays of pricing are consistent in all positions. The one hitch now is that the clear plastic phone case positions accept uploading but do not display, a factor others have noted and one of the items already on the list for debugging. The very first item, "Rhododendron..." hung at the back of the line with one promo for days, incremented to four promos, then moved near the front of the line without any more promo activity showing, while the second "new uploader post," Natural Brass..., has been collecting promos into the double digits.
When changes first began, most of my Art Print displays showed a $25 price for the smallest option, and a very few started showing $13 with the Art Prints thmbnail and $25 when one clicked through to the individual product display. Lately, it seems that more and more of the Art Print thumbnails have flipped to the $13 showing with the thumbnail. Likewise, when I page through the arrays of thumbnails for other products, many of the thumbnails display correctly, a few will not appear until a couple screen refreshes have been done, and sometimes, they will not appear at all -- but will allow clicking through to the product display. Then, the photo file of the product usually is retrieved, but not always.
Positioning varies, too, as in paging through all 14 pages of mug and travel mug products. The first four pages of mug thumbnails usually appear quickly and well, but with page 5, one or two thumbnails are "short-sheeted" to some degree, and every other array of thumbnails there after will have one or more no-shows or partial displays. Sometimes, with repeated page-throughs, it seems as though the same items are disrupted, and sometimes it seems that an item that showed no disruption in a prior page-through was short-sheeted with the then-current page-through -- and vice versa.
I look forward to the resolution of the sundry issues.
-- If you attempt to upload something smaller than the minimum dimensions at an individual product edition page then upload something in the right resolution the image will no longer be centered and will be scaled over 100%. Canceling and returning fixes it.
E.g.: I uploaded a 1500px square at the cases page. When uploading a 2000px square (min dimension) it's scaled to 133%. If I click on the slider it'll be back to 100%, but clearly not centered.
Happened on Firefox 51.0a2.
The new upload system is cropping the image preview for the my society tab> discover feed.
Example, both design files have the same size but somehow, the purple one showed up as a square : http://i.imgur.com/WkI1m78.jpg

But I'm back and happy to report on some progress we've been making over the weekend.
- New uploads will fully render in the 'Latest' section of your shop.
- Correct promote counts are being displayed on Product Listing pages.
And we're still investigating the following issues.
- Still receiving reports of edits not sticking to old posts for some artists - re-investigating.
- "View As" filter on collections isn't taking into account newer uploads.
More updates to come tomorrow. Standby!
Some may choose to simply profit from the art print, so same $ value for each product, not marking up the frame cost further to ensure they keep prices lower for the customer. Others will choose to mark up the frame cost as well.
It's totally up to you on how competitive you'd like to make your framed prints.
Congratulations!!
So, I've been working on my psd product templates and caught some issues, mostly minor ones. If you could pass it on to the right people that would be great!
-- THROW BLANKETS: Custom images aren't centered. The image dimensions you use don't matter.
-- IPHONE & IPOD SKIN: iPod Touch Skin (1st, 2nd, 3rd gen) has an image placement issue, it'll always leave a noticeable gap at the top.
To recreate upload a 2000x2000 solid color image (E.g.: Hot Pink) and check the resulting skin. It'll have a white stripe at the top. All the cases uploaded in the past with the classic uploader also have this gap. The 4th Gen iPod is also is also placing the top of the image dangerously close to top of the skin for no reason (there is still space at the bottom), it has no top bleed margin at all.
-- CLEAR CASES: This one is new. The minimum dimensions were changed today. They originally were 979x1917, now are 758x1738. The funny part is that a draft from yesterday still enforces 979x1917 as min dimension and scales it accordingly, but a post from today uses 758x1738! There is a downloadable template at the edition page, and it uses the old dimensions. I was very confused.
-- WALL CLOCKS: Similar issue. There is a very thin gap at the left. To reproduce upload a 3500x3500 custom image. Possibly issue with the preview only, but not real product.
-- RUGS: Minor quirk in which a portrait oriented rug will appear as horizontal on the previews (so, cropped to a small section of the tall image).
-- BLOG POSTS: Editing blog posts lead to an empty /post page (Firefox latest edition). The edition is sticks, though.
-- INACCESSIBLE DRAFT: I managed to crash Firefox twice while using the studio. Once the draft worked as expect (wonderful!), but the second time it became inaccessible. Clicking on it, trying to visit the Title and Tag pages or the edit product page lead to a swift redirect to the first page of the Posts Management. Both crashes happened while I was uploading a custom image.
That's it! Sorry for digging up so many bugs, heh.
Always takes times to get used to something new but....
CONS:
The new upload system is extremely slow so it doesn’t seem to be saving time except in the file prep stage and that is only if you are using patterns or some kind of all over print. Placement, illustration or photography might have to have every product reloaded anyway which is even more time consuming then before.
-I think their should be a ‘tile out’ or ‘repeat’ function, also a ‘zoom’ function to help different types of artwork & their placement (like red bubble has)
-There should definitely be more categories, if the new art studio is suppose to help searches then why were categories limited instead of expanded?
-Same for materials used
-changes/ edits are definitely not sticking
-quite often work is not showing up in new feed or does not have any promotions, resulting in having to re-load work.
-the list of previous post should be ‘searchable’ so if you need to find an older work you don’t have to scroll through each page.
PROS:
-the ability to not include individual products, as per separating the assets.
-the publish date of your artwork in now listed, this is especially handy for copyright violations and helps the artist to keep a record.
- adding tags
hopefully the experience will improve as the bugs con tuned to get fixed????
How does Society6 expect artists to do social media promotions for their work under these conditions? Uploaded images randomly take hours or days to appear, product thumbnails frequently fail to load in a timely way, products, images, thumbnails, and even entire shops, randomly appear and disappear.
I also just noticed that the thumbnail images for several of my older posts in my shop have magically duplicated themselves since I last looked at them a couple of days ago. One thumbnail is showing the correct number of likes/promotes, the duplicate is showing zero. If you click on the duplicate image (with zero likes/promotes) you are taken to the art prints page FOR OTHER ARTISTS!! Can someone please fix this? Follow this link, and click on any duplicate image to see the problem first-hand. https://society6.com/mellowcat/prints...
The problems with duplicate thumbnails and random pricing for some of my older posts remains.
- Add a check box next to each artwork listed in the edit section and add a "delete selected" button so that we can delete more than one artwork at a time if we need to.
- When I'm in the "edit" section and I delete an artwork from my list, it takes me back to the first page. I'd rather prefer if you guys made the page refresh after an artwork is deleted instead of us having to constantly click the page number we wish to be on.
- Provide templates for every product with bleed areas and everything and make it available for download in the editing page of each individual product.
- When uploading our art for a specific product, show the percentage instead of the spinning wheel, so that we know how fast/slow our work is uploading to the site.
- I noticed that carry-all pouches were in the same category as "apparel", which makes no sense.
- Once we have done uploading our art and editing everything, it would be great if there's a "back to post" or "see my artwork" button so that we can go see how that specific artwork we have uploaded/edited looks live.
- Add a "center" button so that if we have to resize our art on a product, we can click the "center" button and our artwork automatically centers onto the product. This is helpful for designs that need to be perfectly positioned.
On a side note, I have uploaded an artwork around the same time when this new system came out and it doesn't show up in my store at all but it does show up in "My Society" - "My Posts" and when I click on it, it takes me to the S6 homepage. So I can't view it or delete it cause I can't even get to its page.
Many of us are losing sales because of how long it's taking to fix all these problems. I know a good programmer if you guys need more hands on deck.
It is not showing up in "My Society" feed;
promotions are coming in very, very slowly (not sure where people see my new post since I can't see it in "My Society");
when I click on the print product link, the information shows up but no image;
The image in "My posts" shows a different number of promotions than under the product link and in other places like in my shop.
I'm not sure why the system seems to work for some users but not for others. I see lots of people get tons of promotions and visibility in "My Society". Not sure what I'm doing wrong.
I've got a couple new problems with my shop now. I turned off all the products except prints while you guys were launching the new system.
The first problem is:
Now, on my shop's home page, it only shows "Art prints, Framed art prints and Canvas prints" even though I have turned on several other products. When you click on the side bar for the products, they do appear on their own pages, but just not on the home page.
The second problem is:
I replaced some of the images with the new system about a week ago. The products have been replaced with the new images, and display no problem on their own pages, but again, the home page is still showing the old images.
Please let me know if these can be solved, thanks a lot for your effort for making this site better.
That is the most annoying thing, and steal many hours from us.
I also use the old uploader.
@LebensARTdesign:
"In my experience those "late showing up" designs get very little promotes, comparing to those which are visible right away"
Maybe, this is a bigger problem.
The old uploader works as far as uploading, but so many of the promotes I had are still missing. My prices change randomly. My edits don't stick. New posts don't show at the top in My Society.
I stopped uploading new work, stopped doing (and removed) any social media promotions, have pretty much given up on S6 though I still come to promote work.
The other day, I got an email survey asking if I would recommend S6. I said I would not. Less than 5 minutes later, I got an email asking what the problem was. If it wasn't so sad it would almost be funny.
As some of you have guessed, this change was larger than just a new upload experience for artists – it was also a platform migration that will allow us to do some really exciting things in the future by removing the limitations of our original startup platform. As our library of content and artists base scales up, we need a platform that can handle it and our future growth. We've been working to keep the old system and the new system in sync which is the cause of many of the problems mentioned - especially around promote counts, comments, changes getting reverted etc. We are working on a couple small enhancements to Artist Studio based on the feedback we have received to make bulk editing a little easier. Once we are able to migrate fully to our new upload and platform, many of the issues you are seeing will go away. We'll keep you in the loop regarding our progress. Thanks!
MG-STUDIO is right: you're clearly understaffed to work on this, with a full staff this would have been resolved ages ago, or are you not letting on as to how big this really is?
It's nearly the end of October, by now we're expecting more transparency on the issues, not some baloney. We don't want that.
For the last four weeks I nearly had all problems, which are descriped in this post. I didn't wrote here (I did via feedback for three times and got no answer), because I thought, S6 is working on it very busy and it will become better and better.
I arranged myself by using the old classic uploader, but for a couple of days, doing comments and promotion is very difficult. In both ways: hearts and comments I gave to other artists are not listed and I'm loosing hearts and comments, the same thing happens with following.
And now this new problem with uploaded work, that doesn't appears. It started about three days ago, that it took a long time to get listed in the shop and it even took more time day by day. Now it's 8 hours that my work I did upload in the morning isn`t visible.
So things aren't getting better, they are getting worse - in my case.
And this at the best time of the year for selling!
Greetings from Susann
I'd like to express a wish for future changes.
It would be great if one can choose the art/products at the startpage of the own shop by itself. I don't want to see tulips and other unseasonal work on the frontpage. There should be displayed work that fits my intentions.
Also, there is the possibilty of showing nine examples of my work, but often there are only 3 or 4 different artworks on several products displayed.
The categories are very poor, especially for photographers.
Thanks for "listening",
Susann
You've supplied a good set of feedback, some of which I can address. Here are some of the points you've raised and my responses.
Why do "popular" sorts not reflect promote counts?
--Our popular sort uses an algorithm that includes promote counts, sales data and a few additional factors. Items that are highly promoted and items that are top sellers are not always the same so we incorporate both elements.
Why are Carry-All-Pouches in the Apparel section of the uploader?
--We matched our site navigation to put products in the same departments in the upload for consistency. Next year we will likely add an 'Accessories' department to hold products like our Carry-All Pouches. At that time the uploader will reflect that.
A "back to post" or "see my artwork" button so that we can go see how that specific artwork we have uploaded/edited looks live.
--From the management page (society6.com/studio/art/manage) simply hover on any upload and you'll see a link for 'view enabled products' - this shows the active products and clicking those previews will take you to the product detail page for each.
Add a "center" button so that if we have to resize our art on a product.
--Definitely on our roadmap, along with pattern and background color functionality. Didn't make the cut for initial release and we are focussed on performance right now. Expect to see these features in 2017.
Posts show up in "My Society" - "My Posts" and when I click on it, it takes me to the S6 homepage. So I can't view it or delete it cause I can't even get to its page.
--It sounds like this post does not have an art print enabled. That is causing the redirect and it is something we are working on. As for how to delete, that should be handled from the manage page referenced above. Simply click the arrow next to the gear icon for any post and click 'delete' - or click 'edit products' to disable individual product types without deleting the whole post.
I hope this help clarify some of your questions. We appreciate the feedback and understand the frustration this has caused. Changes may not always be visible but we are pushing out fixes on a daily basis to improve the performance of Artist Studio.
2 where like my job , even what has been sold? Please fix !!!! On the last pages all work pokazyvaut 0 !!!! I spent a month and a half worked hard to make sure that I promoted my work ! And there is now 0. Tell me please , can you fix it ? Or so now, and will be 0 ? Sold by the Cup , standing in a popular and 0! Super !
Please !!! Right !!!
Susann ....
Absolutely agree!
As for the artwork I can't seem to get to cause it keeps taking me to the S6 homepage, the artwork in question isn't even in the management section. It literally only exists in "My Posts" so there is no way I can get to it at all.
Let me look into the 'phantom post' in your account. Thanks for the clarification.
As for your request, can you tell me a little more about it? We designed the system so you can get to the all the product detail pages for a given post from the manage page (so all the links are all available in one spot) and we show product previews with zoom for all the products variations from the edit panels (so you can proof your layout on all iPhone and Galaxy cases for example).
Since a product detail page does not exist for a product until you publish it, a link in the edit panel would only function if you are editing an already published product. Can you tell me a little more about your workflow so I can understand how these 2 features don't handle your process? Thanks!
I'll investigate the artists discount issue you mentioned. Thanks!
To add throw pillows etc I have to go back to the old uploader and then they do not appear in my shop?
Some old images on the pillows are not centered until you click on the image to enlarge.
This could be very off putting for customers not realising this and thinking the design is off center with a white stripe down one side.
I have hesitated adding any more artwork recently as it is all so confusing.
PS1:
Regarding the curator duplication code links on tumblr (option), my question was answered by a simple "our system doesn't allow duplicated curator codes on the links" This is a definite answer on my question that was " Which one of the codes count on a link that has duplicated curator codes on your system? That means to be none of the codes is accepted, am i right or wrong?
PS2: Please help US clarify this issue asap!
Thumbs up to Hard Work!
Thank you Sixers!

This is the first time this has happened but I am afraid it could happen again. Do we have to update our royalties for ALL our works with the new uploader?
"Posts show up in "My Society" - "My Posts" and when I click on it, it takes me to the S6 homepage. So I can't view it or delete it cause I can't even get to its page.

I have continued to struggle with this same problem and I don't think your development team has a handle on this. First, my recent experience has been in times of high load, it can take hours before an image that shows in My Society/My posts has a valid link to my page not the S6 page. It appears to be capacity related. Second, until you find a solution to the problem with deletes in the Artist Studio, I refuse to use it because each time I did it left an orphaned, unlinked, undeletable image in My Society / My Posts. Check for yourself and you will see 2 of them there.
Here is an example of one that is doing this: https://society6.com/product/music-6y...
Is there any progress to be expected?
Susann
it's now about 24 hours, that I did my last upload. The work only is visible in "my posts". A click on it leads to the S6 page. The promotion is next to nothing.
My last upload needed approx. 10 hours, the uploads before less than this.
So it turns from bad to worse.
Followers are falling. I would like to manage my holiday deals and I worked very hard for this the last months.
I really don't know what to do. All effort I put in S6 is in vain?
While I want to create new works I'm now uploading my "old" work on other platforms. That's not how I'd visualized things!
In the meantime I receive newsletter like this:
"This'll warm you up: Comforters have launched in our Home category! Just in time for the cold winter months ahead. We'll be "blanketing" our community with home decor and holiday promos soon, so make sure you get 'em going in your store."
???
Kind regards,
Susann
One of my posts "ColorBlox - Hammered" is now only showing a thumbnail with zero promotes in my shop, clicking on it takes the customer to the S6 home page, so buyers cannot access this work of mine at all.
We are coming into the holiday selling season. When does S6 expect to have their platform stabilized? I think S6 artists are owed an honest answer.

And as if all that weren't enough, thumbnails for some of my images in my "Art Prints by MellowCat" feed are now showing a random price of $13.00 instead of the $14.98 I set for them. If you click on a thumbnail showing the $13.00 price, when the main page for the art print opens it is correctly priced at $14.98. https://society6.com/mellowcat/prints?show=new
Agree that this is a bit worrisome given the holiday season approaching...
I have the same issue as some people have listed above. I posted a new post with the classic uploader about 16 hours ago, and it's not showing anywhere in my shop but only at "my post". When I click on it, it takes me to the S6 art print homepage. I also uploaded some phone cases to some of my old posts with the classic uploader, but again, it's not showing either. The phone cases show in the 9 rotation images on my shop's homepage, but when I click on it, it just shows a blank page.
I have the same problem as people have listed above. I have posted work 2 days ago , and I can't see them . Can't go and look and it turns out that nobody sees them ... 2 days is too much . I can't even link to the work , as I can't find it on the page. Somebody do something ? When will the order! Please make it fast. And I find the new bootloader . Works only the old version ! But later, the work no one sees.
Also, why are our artworks arranged randomly in the manage center? Makes it that much harder to find a specific piece. I generally have a good idea where a specific piece is cause I roughly know how old it is, but now I have to go through every single page cause it isn't in order of uploaded. Would be nice if we can choose by what order our art gets displayed in the manage center; alphabetical, chronological order etc.
I don't dare making new uploads.
Sorry for my bad English :)
It's fantastic new charging system.
And it would be final if you could do the expansion mode according to pattern for designs.
It would also be great a button to center the design.
Overall I really like and agililza the task of adapting the designs.
A little slow, but sure it gradually will improve.
Thank you very much!
Thank you!! I think this will be a great addition to the product offerings.
Is this site feature created by the devil himself? :)
Added some products yesterday on older holiday seasons work, but they also do not appear.
Shipping to Europe takes about 2-3 weeks. When shall people purchase their deco for holidays, if not NOW?
As a newbie, I was very happy that things got started in September and I could make some sales - but now there's a big break.
https://society6.com/davidzydd
Did you use the old or the new uploader today?
Greetings to all.
Blessings
I edited prices for 2 images: "Delicato" & "Pod People". Also opted out of all tech items as well as wall clicks, rugs, & stationary cards.
Perhaps this info might help you find what caused those glitches.
The only other problem I've seen is when adding some items to a collection (iPhone and iPad cases) the images show only half the case covered with artwork while the rest is the bare metal case. But when you click through (or view in the studio) it shows the artwork filling out the entire case. Hope it's just a glitch?
The only difference I notice is that the changes might stick around for longer (several days) before reverting back to the old version. This is very frustrating and I am not going to waste anymore time trying to update older works; will wait until things are fixed. Thanks for working on this!
It's bad enough that you decided to roll out such a broken mess so close to the holidays but the fact that there has been no response from S6 here since October 19 is unforgivable and just adds insult to injury. It also speaks volumes.
Like @washbelly said, there are many other print on demand solutions out there and S6 is not a serious option anymore. Such a shame.
Come on S6, get it sorted. Artist's struggle enough as it is, they don't need a platform that should be providing them a living to let them down.
I am not doing any more promotions of my work on S6, or uploading more work until this mess is fixed.
I did two posts today for artist promotion, although I'm sooooo frustrated about all the problems that dont't get changed and every day there are more! But I
put so much of effort into my work here on s6 during the last months, so that I decided not to give up, but now ...
The first post (without selling) needed many times of effort, until it worked. Not sure if it will appear, I did a second one in my shop (available for sale). I clicked the publish-button about ten times and waited for half an hour, until it worked. Now I see, that my description with the promo-link isn't shown. ... So I just tried to do a comment with the link, that also doesn't work!!!
Giving in a title of the work needed many attempts. I use the old uploader.
Some works are very unsharp and dark in previews (which are generally not the best, even when zoomed)), so you can hardly recognize something.
Very old works are out of center and filled with white color, or the promos are set to zero and so on.
Works would not be selected for the shop, because I did several uploads on which I couldn`t access for many days until the first one was visible in my shop, so the promo-hearts were spread all over.
But the worst thing in my opinion is, that there is no response by s6 at all!
I posted via feedback - nothing. Than I began posting here, because there were some answers of you in the earlier days of this mess, but - nothing.
Does it make any sense of spending my time on s6 anymore or shall I enjoy my leisure by doing a walk?
I want an answer, PLEASE!!!
I'm sure your working hard and I do appreciate, but LET US KNOW!
Susann
And a related point - the old uploader would automatically give you only the prints sizes available based on the file uploaded, but now even smallest files seemingly make it possible to sell the largest prints. Not sure if those sizes actually become available once the art is published, but it's definitely misleading.
This whole thing has become a nightmare, I appreciate seeing how often both Matt and Rory respond, that is great. However, using the website isn't smooth, putting out a quality product expediently is no longer what I think of when using Society6.
Here are the current issues I have been facing, using multiple computers and operating systems, all with the same results:
Your website's compatibility with Chrome browser is odd, a bunch of the buttons and links simply will not click. If you try to select someone's artwork from their store, and click on it, nothing will occur. You have to right click and select open in new window or open in new tab to get the artwork to open from the storefront. Why would people go through that trouble? This makes people who are not frequent Society6er's less inclined to go through this process to purchase a product.
**Through Safari all the buttons and links seem to be working fine.
Using the new uploader is impossible, none of the preview images will appear in step 3 so you don't even know if your piece is on the product or not. All appear white, so you would assume that it isn't uploading from the original images, so logically one would go to each individual product and upload the images meant for the product. Nothing happens! still no preview! You cannot move the image, you cannot do anything, it's all blank and it's all white! As a test I decided I would hit publish and see what did upload, the answer was nothing, nothing uploaded. The whole thing seems to have never occurred.
So I was forced to upload using the "classic system," Which I personally always loved but I had presets and could conveniently figure out placement on the products myself using photoshop so I may be biased.
At first it seemed to work, everything went through and it uploaded.
**However, none of the preview images showed on the products on the storefront! So no one would know what they were buying or what it would look like. This was infuriating since my options were upload it through the new uploader and have nothing posted or use the classic uploader and have it sort of work with some serious issues of presenting the work on the products in the storefront.
*****This problem persisted on all browsers on multiple operating systems.******
I love society6 and have enjoyed using it for 5 years! With nothing but good things to say, but after using this uploader, I'm disheartened. I'm upset. It has been almost 2 months of this, I cannot imagine the frustration of the consumer, I'm sure if they had trouble viewing the product for 2 months, they would simply look elsewhere.
I was so frustrated when this all first occurred I stepped away for these months hoping it would be resolved, but today I came back with so many issues I am actually upset.
Even if the problems are not resolved I still think it is important to continue the dialogue between your storefront owners and your society6 Team, please continue to keep us updated.
Then I've tried the new uploader: it seems, that everything is fine.
But recent addition of "apply this image to similar products" is great and saves a lot of unnecessary uploads.
Prices are falling by bigger sizes of artwork (see attachment).
Edit - button leads to blank boxes (see attachment).
My last works aren't selected for the store although there is enough promotion.
I really would be glad - but I had told you so many times - if there would be an answer. I did about 8 or more posts to all those problems via feedback or blog since about 8 weeks, but it seems, that I'm not heard. Every single one kept without reply.
Your artists are doing the beta tests for you and they support each other by giving response to questions that you are not able to answer.
Your last reaction in the blog is more than two weeks ago while things getting worse. I'm not able to relate to this manner anymore.

Ja, in einem Boot, das orientierungslos auf hoher See schaukelt. Hoffentlich findet es bald seinen Hafen!
Einen schönen Sonntag wünsch ich Dir,

I came to this thread hoping to hear of some update on the status and I agree with augenWerk that its frustrating to not know what is going on.
Is anyone else having trouble with the pinterest or twitter share?
Hi.
Sorry for my bad English.
I have found that almost all the thumbnails of the shirts, pick up the image of laminated pictures, and the truth is that it looks very ugly.
I hope you can fix this detail.
A greeting.
Plus the uploader is still completely unusable in Chrome. Would be great if we could get an update on whether these issues are being worked on or not, I haven't had any responses from emails I've sent.
Which link should I click?
Thanks.
Where i can find it? or i have to ask for it in problem description?
I also think it would be very useful if there was a way to apply the same adjustments to a few images as I have some designs that are exactly the same except for the colour but I waste so much of my time trying to edit them all over again.
