Critically acclaimed and award-winning cartoonist, illustrator, and social innovator, David Trumble (age 27), was the youngest political cartoonist to work for the Sun newspaper, which is the number one newspaper in the United Kingdom and the tenth largest newspaper in the world, reaching 8 million readers daily. His rise to recognition came early when at age 16 he published his first graphic novel, Climate-A Cinematic Novel in Three Parts, after winning the United Kingdom's prestigious Dan Hemingway Prize for Creativity. He is currently writing, illustrating, and producing a blockbuster series of kids books entitled Mother Goose Retold. These socially innovative books take classic nursery rhymes and add unique, unexpected spins on the narratives to express morals and values, adding an emotional utility to timeless texts. A half-million of his books have been purchased in the USA to date.
