Introducing Our New Help Center

We're excited to announce that we have just launched a new help center designed to help you help yourself! Now it's faster than ever to resolve issues, track or cancel orders from any device (it's mobile-friendly!) on your own without having to email customer service. As long as you have an account, you can use our self help features. As always, our customer service team is here to help you with whatever you need but now we've made it easier to access these features on your own. So, what are those things?

Introducing Our New Help Center

Track Your Order:

If your account is tied to the order, all of the tracking information we have for our orders are listed in your orders page. This includes tracking numbers, up to date shipping statuses, and estimated delivery dates (if available).

Cancel an order and change a shipping address:

You can cancel an order or change your shipping address within 3 hours of placing your order. FYI: after 3 hours, your order will go into production and you will no longer be able to use this function on your own. You can do this by going to your orders page.

The "It's All Good Guarantee" - Process your own replacement orders and refunds:

This can be accessed after the order is delivered (or should have been delivered). Replacement orders will only send you the exact same thing your ordered. This function should only to be used if your order never showed or something was wrong with the item (bad art, broken, the product was defective). If you want something else (different art, different size, different color, etc.) be sure to process a refund and then place a new order.

FYI: if you checked out as a guest and don't have an account, but want to access these features, we will link your order to your new account when you sign up.  Just make sure to use the same email on your account as your order.  Sign up for an account here.

I am trying to return a shower curtain for refund. Your website doesn't seem to allow it -even though there are lots of forms that lead one on a wild goose chase. Nor is there a customer service representative. I'll have to do a charge-back with my credit card company.

The customer service is a joke. responses are unclear and often incorrect. I had them change my shipping address bc the site flipped it back to an old address when the page did not load properly and then after changing the shipping address they cancelled the order for no reason. The MySociety page continues to scroll so that you cannot reach the bottom of the page to access Contact Us button. They also do not honor their own return policy.

I ordered a tumbler, the plastic latch was broken on the lid when it arrived, I do not need to replace the whole product, would just like a new lid sent to me, but I cannot seem to find any way to just request a piece of the item (i.e. lid only). The only option is to replace the whole item, which seems like that would be shorting the artist money replacing the part that cost the most, tumbler and artwork. Does anyone have a way to contact Society6 direct (# or email) without going though the return process.

I love the products but the website needs a lot of work and the customer service area is VERY frustrating, too.
1. I can’t find the sign in area- should be the first thing you see.
2. Customer service and how to get to it, use it, get serviced and instructions are also not clear. When you finally do find it, and figure out what you want, the drop down menus are inadequate, do not address my problem and keep referring me to self help options. After filling out the form, you usually cannot submit your query after all. Happened to me after filling out the form 4 times.
You can’t go back without erasing all your previous fields.
Society6 needs to extend promotion windows to items already in the cart when promo ends. Most companies do this.
There is no call center. I usually don’t even deal with companies without them because of all the problems I have. And am now discussing. You want my money, service my issues and questions. You are losing a lot of customers because of your virtual- only customer service department.
Your email should be on-line AND THERE SHOULD ALSO BE A support@ email address that can be entered in my own email provider browser. At least it would really get to you. Right now, I am so frustrated and everything is so difficult that I may not purchase from you again.

I also had my shipping address changed automatically and was frustrated with their help center. However, if theres anyone in my situation, select change or cancel order in the tabs section when requesting your reason for submitting a help form. Then you'll be able to enter your new address with the order ID's. Right after, I got an email confirming the change, hopefully it will be the same for anyone else in my situation.

I have tried for days to get a response from customer service. I was sent the incorrect bath mat. I have never dealt with a company with such poor customer service. I would like the product I paid for asap. I am sure this post will be ignored also.

UUUGGHH!! I wish I had known there was no way to actually TALK to someone before I placed my order!!! I received some beautiful cushions, but don't think they are waterproof as they stated on-line when I purchased them!!

I too am just trying to get a return label to return something. I have never had to return anything before but find the slogan "no hassle returns" from society 6 a joke. In the last 6 months I'be spent quite a bit with this company and have been satisfied but your return procedures need to improve. I think this company needs to be reported to the BBB. I have had multiple orders from people I know for the past 3 months and haven't seen a dime! AND, of course the same complaint, NO CUSTOMER SERVICE! It's like my emails go into a black hole. Why are they hiding? We work so hard to upload our artwork! :(

I have ordered an item which shows it was delivered Feb 19th. I have been waiting for the package with the apartment manager and checking my mailboxes, and still cannot locate where my package is. Is this a scam website? I don’t see my package and there is no customer service number to contact them. Please respond to my email at least.

I too have tried to place two returns and I get no response from them by email. If anyone knows a phone number, please post it. I think it’s bad business not to post a phone number. They have cool stuff but not good customer service

I received my order today and got 2 throw pillows inserts that don’t fit into their provided cases and I had ordered a wall hanging that was not included in my package, so I essentially paid for nothing and this help center is a joke. There’s no phone number and no live chat, you have to wait for them to respond to you. These items are WAY too expensive to have such ridiculous customer service. I’m beyond peeved.

I’m having similar trouble. Order something for my sons dorm room. They picture one color but sent me a different color. They ask for a picture and no communication since. I messaged again and still nothing. So frustrating because now he has nothing, and I paid obviously as well!

Society6 won’t publicize a customer support phone number. Red flag. They only give 10% to the artists. Such a shame. Stay away! Too bad a more ethical company can’t buy them. Their current owners Leaf Group should be ashamed of themselves.
