Disappointed
First of all, ordered 10 days before Christmas and shipping stated guaranteed delivery before Christmas. I just received the item on the 29th. Product is 18 inches long however only opens a small amount. This bag is ok if your just carrying a laptop or a few small books for college don't expect to do much more than that with it. I will not be purchasing again.
