Patricia enjoys strolling along the Hudson River and imagining new stories—both in words, but especially in pictures. This is why she writes and illustrates children’s picture books. She is the author/illustrator of over a dozen books for children including SCOOP THE ICE CREAM TRUCK and LIZZIE AND LOU SEAL, both of Sky Pony Press. Patricia has received the Christopher Medal, top winner in the children's book category for the New York Book Festival, and the Best Overall Purple Dragonfly Award.
