Hi! I’m Maribel, the graphic designer behind Jolly Dragons.

My designs are inspired by nature. I love plants, flowers, and sea and land animals.

I also like to create imaginary beings, those that live in fairy tales. I think I never stopped being a girl and now my kids have given me my faith in magic back.

I try to find beauty in everything which I try to mirror in a fun way in my designs. I would like for my designs to convey positive energy and for them to brighten your day. My motto is that we should not take life too seriously.

I like to mix techniques. My favorite is watercolor but I also experiment with digital and collage.

My family and I moved to Cape Cod looking for a life more in contact with nature, but I miss Madrid, the city where I grew up. I have Spanish blood in my veins and I think that gets reflected in my designs.
