Joganic

I was always fascinated with drawing from a young age. My dad enjoyed drawing comic book characters, and that sparked something inside of me. I was engulfed in different forms of art such as graffiti and mural art, and now have settled into a state of drawing things that intrigue me! I love creating and it was what I was created to do.

BACKGROUND

Most kids growing up wanted to be astronauts or firefighters or doctors, I literally just wanted to draw. I made really good grades growing up but I was sketching on something anytime I got the chance. Soon through my schooling career I discovered that "drawing" wasn't a very good career choice! I continued learning and pushing myself to create anything and everything whenever I had free time. I want to push the boundaries of natural design through the use of a skill set i've developed over the past 18 years.

TYPOGRAPHY AND LOGO BRANDING

Letters, shapes, and forms twisted and turned into an array of lines that attracts the vision of anyone looking in its general direction. Typography is a huge part of any graphic designers toolset, as it happens its also a part of my toolset. I get inspiration from just about anything but my roots lay in the rawest forms of letters, some call it "graffiti" or "streetart" but to me its just pure creativity. I want to help people and company's find their "brand" in todays evolving trends.

APPAREL

I really enjoy designing for apparel companies, bands, really anyone, its one of the few things that you really do get to put your whole mind into. I'll take an idea or any spark of imagination that you have and put it into play however i see fit.

ILLUSTRATION

There is a mindset that you have to engulf yourself in when you begin an illustration. It can start as some small idea or something that sparks my interest, then a flame ignites as i begin to lay pencil to paper, an adventure begins! Each piece I do will have my soul and mind poured into it, it isn't just something for the faint of heart, its something that I want to leave behind, my legacy.
