Jan Everink

With my art I want to bring joy and happiness into the world.
In my recent work I explore the possibilities of the computer to find new ways of expressing the unsayable. Communicating without words has been a challenge for me all my life. I moved to Amsterdam and enrolled at the Hogere Confectie School, an academy for fashion and clothing technology. After graduating I worked for several years in the apparel industry. Nowadays, in addition to my artistic production, I work in the fields of advertising and web design. I live and work in Almere, a new city, built on land reclaimed from the sea.
