Jane Simonson is an artist who works in various media, primarily oil. Jane typically begins her paintings from life, whether still life or plein air landscape painting, using her own photographs and sketches for reference. Based in Rockland County, a suburb of NYC, Jane is inspired by colors, light, and the natural beauty of the Northeast.
