Jack Duffy

Jack Duffy was a Microbiologist in New York in the 1970s. When he passed away, I inherited that picture of him you see at his microscope and the many glass slides he used to identify and verify cultures. I took the slides to an old print shop and had them scanned and digitized. I worked in Photoshop to enhance their colors and contrasts to create these distinct abstract cellular designs. It's my absolute pleasure to be able to share this wacky-science-art with you and allow my grandpa's life's work to live on in a whole new medium.
