Hi! My name is Heather Sherman and I am the founder of Smoothies n' Joy and Heather Sherman Creates. I am an artist that has a passion for mental health awareness because of growing up dealing with a severe eating disorder. I love plants, dogs, encouraging quotes, music, and street wear fashion.

I am a creative in many different outlets. I am passionate about designing the outfits I wear daily, interior design in my home, songwriting with my piano and guitar, and drawing or painting through various mediums.

My simple joys in life: chocolate and sitting in the sunshine. If I could change one thing in the world: It would be to get people to laugh and not take themselves too seriously.
