Living in Northern California, I find myself reliving my past travels and adventures through photographs. I have a particular passion for film - the look and feel, the delayed gratification. Before becoming chronically ill, I was a fanatic about making pictures everyday. Finding something beautiful or interesting to photograph is easy in Marin or New York City. I like to think these images represent an era of my life - something magical and timeless. I hope they evoke both the vibrancy of hope and the pain of grieving. Many of the images here were captured with my Canon A-1.
