I like putting art on stuff. Practical stuff. Like bags and lunchboxes and pillows and mugs. I like making things we use every day more appealing.

I infuse surfaces (homewares, website & app interfaces, smart wearables) with humanity, to make them less alien and intimidating, and to add a strong emotional appeal.

You'll often see evidence of a human touch in my work: traditional watercolor mixed with digital vector patterns, hand-wrought pen-and-ink paired with machine-perfect typography, and 2D characters bursting with personality.

Over the past 15 years, I have worked as an art director, a graphic designer, a web designer and an illustrator.
