Cosmic Wulf is the moniker for visual artist Nick Wulforst from Atlanta, Georgia. While earning a Bachelor of Arts degree from Georgia State University, most of his early work as a visual artist involved street art. His passion for portraying powerful messages and iconic visuals have evolved into a unique style of patterns and high contrast imagery. As his style developed over the years he created several series of acrylic paintings exploring themes of the cosmos, the occult, and perceptual awareness. Currently residing in Portland, OR, his latest body of work is heavily influenced by Art Nouveau. He has created a vivid set of images by limiting his medium to pen and ink, and explores ideas of horror, fear, and the psychological traps to which we are all subject.
