Hi, I'm Juan José Quintero, a Colombian anthropologist and artist, creator of Bored Dreams. My work is usually an exercise of exploration of the stroke. I never start a work with a goal in mind, I just let myself be carried away by the shapes and textures. I tend to combine analog and digital, always guided by my curiosity.

My greatest moments of inspiration occur in those boring work meetings where doodling becomes my form of escape. I'm not very good at describing the meaning of the final creations, but that's what I enjoy the most, it gives me space to appreciate them and find new meanings.

I'm an interdisciplinary person, besides drawing I like literature, programming, game design and non-fiction books (economics, anthropology, etc.).

I hope in the future to find new ways to combine arts, technology and social sciences.
