Hello! My name is Andreea Eva Herczegh and I'm a photographer with an interest in the performing arts, street photography, architecture, travel and nature, with a passion for black and white.

While photographing music concerts or festivals and theater plays, I am constantly looking for that expression or gesture that evokes emotion, that certain scene that tells a story or that dramatic lighting effect. In street photography I try to capture the city life, as it unfolds in front of me, while also trying to set up a scene and find the contrast. Architectural photography for me is capturing the lines, curves, shapes and environment of buildings and structures from different ages and places. I am very much a city person, but every now and then, nature calls ;-) and I go out to take photos of beautiful landscapes that move me and of the amazing creatures with which we share the world. Traveling is an enormous pleasure for me, a source of education and of energy, which has provided me with great opportunities to observe and capture different cultures and environments, basically encompassing all of the above.
