I am an author and writing to heal facilitator who found the painting during the pandemic. Mixing my art with my words has been a great source of calm for me. Writing came into my life by way of therapy and the exploration of healing through journaling. Quarterly, I teach workshops and retreats centered around assisting others in finding their voices through storytelling rooted in truth without shame. My mission is to build community & self-care practices through literature & language. I am currently an author at Chronicle Books.
