Overall, good experience
The design is beautiful, however, the seam is less than ideal, but I can deal with that. The package took a while to arrive and sadly, the lid was chipped when I got it. Nevertheless, it's nice to have a mug with a customized design so gorgeous.
Regarding the mug itself, overall it's pretty good, not entirely spill-proof, but it does a very decent job. I wouldn't leave loose in a backpack though, but I had a lot of travel mugs that spill even in my hand to the slightest move, so I'm happy with that.
The isolation it's excellent.
