The Pineapple Parlor: Plans Are For Land Bath Mat

First I love this company and the products, the Pineapple parlor print is really adorable, however the printing on the top and bottom does not fit the mat so it is cut off during production. Customer service sent me a replacement and the same problem existed with the way the mat was produced, lettering at the top and bottom cut off. I have ordered about 8 different bath mats that I am giving as holiday gifts and they are all great, this one would be amazing if the printing process could be corrected. A big shout out of thanks to customer service that went beyond expectations in an attempt to make it right.
