The Panda Bear And His Visitor Wall Clock

I received the clock sooner than my anxious mind thought and for that I am very grateful as it was a Christmas gift I needed to mail out. What I'm very disappointed about is there was an obvious bend in the picture above the 12 o'clock. I so badly wanted to return it but due to time constraints, I unhappily wrapped it and sent it to my daughter anyway. I'm still stewing abt that imperfection but again it needed to be mailed right away. Do you folks not have "quality control" or did the artist not see the bend??? What happened to the artist's pride in their work?? I am quite upset.
