Quality Should Match Beauty
The mug is beautiful. HOWEVER the quality is lacking. First time I used it I didn't notice the rubber gasket was torn and I wore my coffee. "Each item is made to order"...more care should be taken with quality control. My coat needs to be dry cleaned, and my drivers seat needed to be scrubbed. Not to mention I was embarrassed at my appointment to be wearing my coffee.
I reached out for a replacement LID or gasket & will need to wait for them to make a new mug.??
