Throw Pillows
After spending so much time searching for the right throw pillows I came up with a multiple pillow design I knew would work. At the push of a button I was so excited and could not wait to receive them. Only to be so disappointed in what was delivered. The sizes I ordered were not correct and after reaching out to customer service via email, since there apparently is no human to contact by phone, I was told that the measurements would not be exact being the manufacturer they are ordered from. That is not acceptable when a 20X20 pillow ordered is delivered and measures 18X18--- and an 18X18 pillow ordered is delivered and measures 16X16 that is just miss information on their web site. Not to mention there was no packing slip no return information in boxes delivered either. I have other orders in process that I have not received yet and intend to return all. With that said customer service has yet to inform me how to RETURN ALL ITEMS FOR FULL CREDIT. I will no longer do business with this company.
