My order was addressed incorrectly & therefor has been returned to sender…but I can’t get a hold of anyone to help!
Very disappointed. Unfortunately my order was addressed incorrectly & therefore spent over 2 months with the Australian Postal Service who I’ve finally managed to hear from & informed me that my parcel was only weeks ago returned to Society6/sender & is currently en route back from whence it came. I hope someone contacts me to rectify the situation ASAP. I’m a very patient & understanding person, but this experience has really left a bad taste in my mouth as it’s the second time something I’ve ordered from you has been addressed incorrectly. Fortunately Australia Post were able to sort out the wrong address issue & get it to me before it was sent back. If only I’d been so lucky this time around. I look forward to hearing from someone from Society6 soon to re-address & re-send this tapestry correctly. It’s been such a very LONG wait 🥺🥱
