Human Anatomy Throw Blanket

I ordered a blanket for a friends Christmas gift, and eventually when the blanket arrived, it was gorgeous! She’s going to love it, seriously. However, it took absolute ages to ship, and then it didn’t actually ship when it said it did. A week after it claimed it shipped but hadn’t actually left the origin, I emailed using the email form on their website. The fact that there isn’t just an email you can copy and paste worried me, as there wouldn’t be a record that I reached out. One day later I received a “response”. which was just that they had received my question and would get back to me in 24 hours. As soon as I received that email, my blanket started moving through the system. So I figured, I poked them and now my order is actually coming. Then I get my response. This email said they personally checked into my order and that it was still being made. That it takes 3-4 days to be made. Which is fine, but it had already shipped and at this point had been well over a week since I had ordered it. So that didn’t make sense. They then said that it will be shipped out soon, and that their tracking service sometimes says delivered even though they aren’t delivered.... so that was weird because that wasn’t my question. And as I was tracking my package; it was going to all the usual spots, so I knew it was actually moving and not just “in transit” indefinitely. Moral of the story; I eventually got what I ordered, I really really like the product. but the customer service is extremely questionable, and there are a bunch of reviews about that, which I wish I would have seen prior to using the site. I won’t be ordering from them again, and I won’t be recommending them to anyone either. If they get an actual email and phone number for customer service on their site instead of just an email form, that would be a great step in the right direction. And not having the “customer service agent” blatantly not read my email or check my order number and just spit something back to me would be great too.
