Almost excellent
These showed up on time, and 3 out of 4 of them looked good, but one of them had white scratches across the top of the frame. But I’ll just keep that one for myself and give the other 3 as gifts. Overall, even with a coupon/discount, this still feels really expensive for what you get.

faulty framing
Item received with framing clip attached to the side of the frame rather than the top. The item was a gift and the framing clip was attached in a way that would not allow adjustment, Customer service insisted that I provide a photo of the item before return would be initiated. There is no way to photograph both the front of the print and the back at the same time. There is no customer service phone number. This was a birthday present to a busy daughter. In the end, my money was said to have been returned (will know later) but the process was exasperating and annoying. I will not shop with them again.
