Loved the design. The pillow was supposed to be 16X16. It was in fact 15X15 1/2 making the 18X18 included insert difficult to insert. I contacted Customer Service which offered two solutions: return the pillow or be issued a 20% discount. I liked the pillow design so I chose to accept the 20% discount. I was able to reduce the size of the insert which solved the problem. I am now pleased with the pillow and pleased with the response of customer service.
