For the price point on these prints, I was expecting much higher quality. The ink dot matrix is clearly visible, even from arm's length. To me, that's just not acceptable. I sent a print resolution file, and got what looks like a screen resolution print. For comparison, I also purchased canvas prints of the same painting from two other companies: one was comparable in print quality, but with lower quality materials (MDF instead of wood and polyester instead of cotton). It was 1/3 the price. I found another company that used comparable materials, but the print quality was far and above better (no visible dots, even up close). And it was still almost half the price. I intended to frame this print, so the 1.5" thick stretcher you sent is really clumsy, and to my knowledge there were no other options. The convenience of having an online, no-hassle store is nice, but I'm not really comfortable with my customers paying top dollar for a mediocre canvas print.
