I would like a refund because it was guaranteed to arrive by Christmas but did not.
The throw pillow that's i ordered arrived on Jan 30th even though I paid 9.00 in shipping to have it by Christmas. It said guaranteed by the 24th. It defeated the whole purpose of ordering it at all because we redecorated my daughter's room for her Christmas present. she picked out plain blue everything and not having the floral print took away from the surprise. It's a very pretty print but I don't believe it was worth 30 dollars.
