NEVER ARRIVED - lackluster customer care
My product never arrived. It got "lost" in the mail. I understand that is not the company's fault - however you would think they would take responsibility to take care of their customer (returning customer, might I add). After waiting weeks for the product to not be delivered, they offered to replace, which is nice, but did not offer any type of expedited shipping since it "wasn't their fault". So now I guess I wait another MONTH and hope that this one doesn't get "stuck".....
Will take my money elsewhere next time :(
