There was a shipping issue with the 30”x40” print I ordered on behalf of a neighbor (not Society6’s fault). After some confusion and delay, the product arrived in pristine condition safely packed in a sturdy tube that was stapled closed. During shipping, Society6 definitely earned my 5-star rating for customer service. Upon receipt of the print, my neighbor was thrilled with it, and I can say (as a professional artist and designer who has worked in printing) that the print’s quality was also 5-stars - good paper, clean print, sharp colors, and a clean gloss finish. In this case, it was really helpful to be able to buy a print sized to fit-as-needed because my neighbor was replacing a badly faded print in a much-loved but odd-sized frame. I’m very thankful to Society6. They absolutely get my recommendation as a quality online retailer for supporting independent artists, meeting customers’ design needs, and standing behind their products.
