We've all been trapped on a long journey when not in the best mood like this. Ok, maybe not exactly like this. Ok, maybe the opposite of this.

Marker pen scribblage in a sort of old 70's comic style in a way. Taken from one of my zines available to buy at www.liambrazier.com/store

Dizzy and dazed

Little piece I scrawled for Dazed and Confused (see http://www.dazeddigital.com/Music/art..._London_UK ).

Sourvein
Flyer deliberately in the very this-venue-is-next-to-a-tattoo-parlor-and-I-have-to-carry-loose-change-when-visiting-just-to-keep-the-average-levels-of-metal-per-person-stable style.

Loved the opportunity to flex my pulp muscles. Features one redhead and one unicorn.

Nina
This Artwork is available for sale as a Print.
Well, it's Nina Simone isn't it.

Been playing with this style a bit recently after letting it sit for almost a decade. This was done for a mate but thought there may be some other fans out there :-)

Green
This Artwork is available for sale as a Print.
Now this is oolllddd.

Firstly; yes that is Matt Bellamy of Muse. Trust me to scrawl someone from the pages of Melody Maker that actually does make it big.

Secondly; this was pre-Photoshop days, well I think the college had 5.5 somewhere. This is scalpel cut pieces of sugar paper stuck down with Pritt Stick. Old school indeed.

This is part of an old uni piece about Ballard's Crash of all things - a triptych of onlookers making ambiguous faces in the traffic light hues of green (seen here), amber, and red.

The news of Muse doing their bit at Glasto this year made me think of this.
Piano Death

I blame YOU Daffy!

Pencil scribble combining my love of cartoons, music, and er.. physics(?)

Zombie Cuisine
This is something I scribbled in my best mock-70's-b-movie style for a friends zero budget film themselves covered in fake blood-athon, featuring undead chefs by all accounts. And let's face it; Ainsley Harriott is terrifying at the best of times so I'm not questioning their thought processes.

Beach Party 2008
It took me ages to do all those flames I recall. Poster invite for my girlfriend's annual birthday bonfire-on-the-beach party a couple of years ago.

Still kinda like it. I dunno.
Defrag
Originally hastily scribbled for a friends birthday card, and since left languishing in some sort of ethereal tv coma back room part of the brain along with other 80's children's television nightmare figures - probably having a fist fight with Ed the Duck or some such.

A painterly ..mess.

Liam Brazier

Liam Brazier, I graduated in illustration back in the wistful haze of 2001 and have pretty much always had one hand in the pencil case since. Meanwhile I've made some moves in the animation world but I always keep a sketch pad in the peripheral.
