Currently I'm working on a really cool project that is unlike anything I've ever done.

The task, to create a prayer box that will be used at several concerts and gatherings put together by exitconcerts.com and The Whosoevers (http://www.thewhosoevers.com/)

This is a commissioned piece for a VP over at Atlantic Records. There were a whole bunch of changes throughout this painting process, mainly because I was just not happy with how things were coming out so I kept repainting and repainting and repainting.

Literally repainted the entire thing about 3 times. It is now hanging in here home and she is very pleased with the finished results!

Here's a little look at my world. I originally intended this to be a sort of open gallery / studio setup where I could sell some of my work, and some work of my fellow visual comrades but people here in the Midwest don't appreciate my fine art styling so lately its mainly just a work space.

The spot started out bare bones, I built everything in here, and even refinished the floors myself.

Here's a piece that Kmndz (www.kmndz.com), Ekundayo (www.ekundayo.com) and Myself got down on at EXIT (www.exitconcerts.com) in Los Vegas.

EXIT is a free concert series that is comprised of people like Sonny from P.O.D. and Brian "HEAD" Welch from KoRn. Just a bunch of cool peeps spreading the love in the name of the Lord.

Just wanted to share the artwork I created for the new Gym Class Heroes Album entitled, "The Quilt".

Travis, the band's front man hit me up via email one day and asked me if I'd be interested in doing a cover for his new album. Of course I took the job, I've always loved album covers so I couldn't wait to get a chance to make my mark!

Well a cover turned into a cover and 3 panels in the CD booklet, All connected like a panoramic scene. Travis wanted a young kid dragging a quilt through a creepy urban carnival with the young boy using the quilt to protect himself from the debauchery of the outside world. That was pretty much all he gave me, so this is what I came up with.

The first sketch is the final and the second is the original concept that I submitted to the band.

The final painting is a BEAST! About 1.5ft x 5ft
