More Twisty and Bendy
New sketch in the twisty and bendy style I have been messing around with this year. Working title was "Playing Ocean Rescue". It was inspired by the TV show "Deadliest Catch" on Discovery.

Put A Dog On It [Photoshop Fun]
Ross and Joe over at Threadless had a photoshop challenge a few months back for the fun of it. You would take the image of what would be called "cool dog" or "Leaning Dog" and photoshop him into some fun situations. Here are a few of my favorites that I did. I ended up winning the challenge and got a $25 gift card to Threadless. It was a lot of fun.

Hockey Stein Design
A few years back I designed a Hockey Stein for a contest that the Utica Club was holding because my Dad collects them and he really wanted a hockey player. I submitted a design, the contest ended and a long time went by. I believe it was a few years had gone by then without any notice from the club there he was "Pucky" the Hockey Stein. I had won a Free copy of the Stein.

Buy Pucky here if you'd like.

Songfight.org Cover Art
I used to do a lot of cover art for a great indie music site called: http://www.songfight.org/

"Song Fight is a free Web site where Internet musicians enter their work into competition. Every ten days or so, one or more titles are posted, the competitors write a brand new song inspired by one of these titles, and the Internet at large is invited to vote for their favorite song for each title."

At the time it was a weekly contest where you would get your song title and only have a week to produce a song. For me it was a way to challenge myself to create a new piece of artwork within a weeks time based on a title/theme I didn't know ahead of time.

Here are a few of my favorite works from my time at songfight.org
