”early this year i set out to do a painting a day. i haven't painted regularly in quite some time so i thought it would be a good exercise. each was created in corel painter ( i don't have the space for a painting a day, and this eliminated all the headache of acquiring canvases. i limited myself to 30 minutes, and i made it just about a month before i crapped out. here are some of the more interesting ones”

”this one is for a show in california this coming weekend. it started out as a egg qee and somehow became this. i knew i wanted it to have a big mouth on top, and the rest just flowed from there. creatures are fun to make”

”i have been very lucky. apparently people trust me with expensive toys because i have been allowed to customize a lot of kaws companions. it was weird painting the first one, but once the door was open it was no big deal to just chop them up and reshape them. expensive toys are fun to desecrate”
